…knowing that that alone scatters sin till there be no evidence of it. Standing on a Word, Lord, that has gone around this world in unbelief, yet Lord, has struck home to hearts to bring You, Lord, into reality which has not been amongst us until this hour for which we are so grateful.
Pray Lord tonight, You’ll help us, and You might show this to those who need to be shown, to confirm it to those who need it to be confirmed, expanded with more illumination, enlightenment to those who need that.
And above all Lord, may each of us enter into, a realm of worship and praise and a oneness with You, O God, that great oneness which we believe with we’ve never believed before, and must come into the Bride by Your working amongst us, Your Presence Lord.
We’re very grateful tonight and we know nothing else we would sooner have, there’s no place we’d sooner be. The only thing, Lord, we’d sooner have is this: some greater realization of Your Presence, Lord. A more of a putting away of ourselves. A more of a transformation until we are in that realm, Lord, which is far beyond this normal realm.
When You said, “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, but behold, I show you a mystery, we shall not all sleep, we shall all be changed in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye at the last trump.”
For that trumpet, Lord, we believe has sounded in one last clarion call of a gospel Message at this end hour. We believe it, Lord. We believe that we’re standing here against that day ready, Lord, only with a readiness that You Yourself can give.
We’re not looking to ourselves tonight. We’re not boasting of ourselves tonight. We’re not thinking in ourselves tonight, Lord. We’re thinking of You. We’re so glad, O God, that Your Presence is here, and Your gracious grace so manifested, Lord.
Truly, Lord, every Word is coming to pass, and there’s isn’t going to be one Word fail. Not one Lord. We’re very, very, very happy with You, Lord.
We’re not happy with ourselves so much, but we’re happy, Lord in the fact the blessed of Thee, O God, to know these things, to see these things that ears and eyes for six thousand years have waited for, and here they are in this very hour of consummation.
So, we praise You. Hallowed be Thy Name, Lord. May the respect that You ought to have, the sincerity, Your Presence be amongst us tonight, Lord. And we’re not going to get It of ourselves, O God, it’s going to take Your anointing, it’s come to the place, Lord, where we believe that “In You we live and move and have our very being,” and all of these things must be of You.
To that end, Lord, we’re ready to consecrate ourselves and believe, Lord, that this the way it is. Now help us in further study in Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.

Now for about fourteen messages somewhere in that area, we studied about the Presence of the Holy Spirit in the midst of the Bride in the last day.
Now that’s of course something that is highly unusual in presentation in the pulpits that there should be a distinct and personal Presence of the Holy Spirit in the Bride different from that Presence which has been attendant upon her for two thousand years due to the baptism with the Holy Ghost.
We are not speaking of that, we’re speaking in terms of the Spirit of God per se, the Person, the fullness of the Holy Spirit Himself, the Father amongst the children.
Now, due to a terrible error by the translators the word ‘parousia’ has been misinterpreted as ‘coming’ instead of presence. And we’ll just take an example of that in Philippians 2:12. Paul speaking of His Presence and His absence.
(12) [As] wherefore, my beloved, as [you] have always obeyed, not as in my presence [that’s parousia, coming from the word ‘ousia’,] but now much more in my absence, [apousia, away from,] work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. [No way could he have said:] …wherefore, my beloved, as [you] have always obeyed, not is in my coming only…
It has nothing to do with that. The word is literally ‘presence’. That’s what it always has meant and that’s what it always will be.
Now, we go back to Matthew 24:3, where this word is first brought to our attention in the New Testament, though It is not strange to the Old. It is also there as we showed you in the first series in this series.
(03) …Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy [presence, not coming, but presence…]
And then over in Matthew 24:27, It says:
(27) For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be.
Now, you can understand that this word here could be received by the majority to believe that it is ‘coming’ in the sense that He could come like lightning strikes across the sky.
But that is not what the Scripture says. That is a supposition that is derived by people. It says, “What shall be the sign of Thy literal Presence that You are actually there? What is the sign of It?”
Also in verse 37,
(37) But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be. [And in verse 39,]
(39) And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be.
I realize that again many people would like to use the word ‘coming’ as using these Scriptures as illustrations, referring to the tenor or the temper, or the events of the time, which will indicate the He will come.
But this is not what the Bible says. It says, “What will be the sign of the fact that You are there? That you are literally there?”
These words, do not foretell an event coming, but they enhance that which is already transpired, so that while He is here, these things are literally going on. So the word must never be used to donate, denote an arrival per se.
Although let’s face it, it must be in there. For a person to be there he must have arrived. We don’t believe in instantaneous generation. You know, they kind of thought that was so, was a scientific precept many, many years ago.
So one day they put some hay into a bottle and they sealed the bottle, and those little wigglies were wiggling around, and they said, “See, what it is, that’s spontaneous generation.”
And somebody said, “Well, I don’t think that’s very good. Let’s boil the hay and boil the jar. Let’s make sure that there’s no life could get in there in the first place.”
So they boiled the hay and they boiled the jar and nothing wiggled. So, we understand that this word would contain the fact of arrival, because if I never got here I wouldn’t be here. I’ve arrived. You arrived.
But the thing is, what if somebody walked in this building and I’m here and you’re there. They don’t even know how we got here. They don’t know when we got here. See, it refers to the word ‘presence’.
So this word must never be use to denote an arrival per se, for the person or event has already come and is there present.
The individual who sees that person or event, present, has to know… he doesn’t have to know anything, you see, of how that thing came about. All he knows is that he sees it. So he’s aware of it, because it is there.
Now, that’s the actual meaning of the word. They literally, the translators, literally massacred that word, when they interpreted or translated it the way they did. But not only did the translators make a terrible error, but the theologians and ministers have even made a more devastating doctrinal blunder.
Because in Scripture as I mentioned here in Matthew 24:37, 31 and 36, 34. Which we better look at.
(27) For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be.
Now, it’s not zap, zap Him coming; though it’s not zap, zap Him being there. It’s referring to a light. To illumination. Literally comes basically from the word ‘star’, which would signify a heavenly illumination.
He said, “If I tell you earthly things, and you’re completely floored, how can I tell you spiritual things which I must tell you?” So it’s a spiritual illumination.
(28) For wheresoever the carcass is, there the eagles [will] be gathered…
Then It says,
(29) Immediately after those days… [immediately after the tribulation of those days,] shall the sun be darkened, and the moon [not] give her light, the stars fall from heaven, [and so on.]
(30) And then the Son of man [appear]…
Now, we want to go to 36 and 34, which are even better. Because this goes into the great tribulation which follows the advent, or the Presence of the Son of man. And we want to learn more about the literal Presence of the Son of man.
(36) But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
(37) But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be.
(38) For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
(39) And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the [presence] of the Son of man be.
Now, this Presence is set forth by the fundamentalists as the Rapture. Where Jesus our High Priest our Lord and Redeemer descends through the atmosphere and catches up the Bride to Himself.
Now they take these Scriptures to refer to the Presence of the physical body of the Lord Jesus Christ. Now, that’s always where they stand. And always they stand with this Scripture of the Presence and Parousia as the Rapture.
Now at that rate, 1 Corinthians 15:23 cannot be fulfilled until Jesus enters the atmosphere bodily. Now… let’s find out about the first resurrection which has to do with you and me by the grace of God standing here in this last hour. Okay.
(23) But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his [parousia].
Now that would let you know positively according to fundamental doctrine, that Jesus must descend and be invisible in the clouds, and at that time the dead will be raised.
In other words, they cannot be raised until the Rapture. No way.
Now, the funny thing is, they’re putting the Rapture synonymous which is a catching-up to the clouds. There is no fundamentalist I know that under any condition spells out that Jesus will come down and hang there in the atmosphere.
If you know who he is, you get me his book. Now, if we’re talking very seriously about Scripture here, because I just said they’re wrong. See?
Now, there can’t be a Resurrection until then He’s hanging in those clouds. Now that’s what they teach. Because the Parousia to them is bodily present. Now get the understanding: the fundamentalist teaches Parousia bodily present.
Well, I want to ask you a question: I want you to tell what the body of God is? You go ahead. Now if you say, “He’s Jesus,” I’ve got news for you. The Bible calls Him a ‘man’. Now where you going?
Now, the fundamentalist says, that it’s the physical body of Jesus, and the Parousia is the Rapture. And they say nothing about a temporary station of Him hanging in mid-air, or in atmosphere. Now you get the books.
Now you see, you’ve been taught a lot of things in your back ground that you’ve not even looked into. You’ve just said, “Oh the Presence is the Rapture, and the Rapture means He comes down and you go up.”
No way, He’s got to hang there. You know why? Because the dead has got to come out of the ground before we get changed.
And I want someone to quote me one verse of Scripture that tells how long it is that the dead keep coming out of the ground. And maybe stand there before we get ours. See, you see, you’ve got to think a little different to what you’ve been thinking recently.
All right. James 5:7-8 is also when Jesus is waiting in the mid-air. Look, let’s take all the Scripture. I notice they missed this one. At least I haven’t seen anybody really deal with It.
(07) Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. [Who is he talking to, the living or the dead?] Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
(08) Be ye also patient; for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
Now, let’s read It the way It should be written:
(07) Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the [presence of the Lord… [Until He gets there in the Rapture and hangs in mid-air.]
Is that what It’s saying? If It’s not saying it, why put It in there? Why don’t you just say ‘Present’?
Let’s say what Rotherham says, “There’s a mystery about this word. We should therefore be careful with it.”
(07) …the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth,…
Who’s the husbandman? The husbandman is the man who tills the soil. Who was it that created man and formed man? God did!
Was He there in the form of Jesus the body? No! That was four thousand years later. What form was He in? Good question. Find out for yourself, I don’t know. Could of been a Pillar of Fire, or an archangel. I haven’t got the least idea. I don’t know any Scripture for it
(07) [Now,] …the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
Now, what’s the precious fruit of the earth? Job says, “That God is waiting for the day, or He’s waiting for the day, when God desires to see the fruit of His hand. The work of His hand where God formed man out of that dust.”
Remember the Blood of Jesus Christ fell upon the ground to sanctify, to bring forth our bodies. Alright, He’s waiting for it.
(08) Be ye also patient; stablish you hearts: for the [presence] of the Lord draweth nigh.
Now, I want to ask you a question: Who was there when man was created and formed? I’ll tell you Who was there, the Logos was there. See? Which is God manifesting Himself, the fullness of the Attributes of God bodily.
Now, I want to ask you a question: Who is going to be there in the clouds, the Logos Who raises the dead or the body? Now if you’re going to tell me the body, Jesus raises the dead I’ll tell you right now, you need to repent and come to the altar, get re-baptized and get the Holy Ghost.
Or at least make one admission, that whoever taught you, taught you so wrong you’re not out of the cradle. Because the body was made in the year four thousand roughly wasn’t it, then don’t try to put it any place else where it doesn’t belong.
But you see, they put Him in the air. Now when you put Him in the air everything contingent to the Resurrection and the change of the body has to come at the time that He’s in the air. Or would you like to go down in the sea, way down in one of those big diving-bells?
I say, “Oh well look, if the theologians can get away with it, just step outside the diving-bell.”
“Oh,” you say, “Brother Vayle I’m not stupid.”
Did anyone ask us to be stupid spiritually outside the devil? I’m just appealing to your common sense. If you’re smart enough not to step outside of a diving-bell, and get the bends, the willies and God knows what.
Why would you want to step outside the Word of Almighty God? Why would you want to be foolish? See? There’s no place for foolishness tonight. Let’s pin the thing down and see where we go.
All right. Let’s go to the Book of Acts 1:9-11, and see this thing that’s in the air, because It talks about being… I’ve got nothing in …?… about the bodily defense of Jesus in the air. Don’t think for one minute I’m against it. I’m a hundred percent for it. But I’m trying to place it. See?
That’s why Cain died. The Scripture says, “Thou has rightly offered, yet if thou hast not rightly divided, thou hast sin.”
Now, “Study to show thyself approved unto God…” [1 Timothy 2:15] See why? One who studies the Scripture approved on what grounds? The simple study of Scripture know the right dividing the Word of God.
It says in Scripture concerning this man Cain, “Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain. [Hebrews 11:4] So therefore, Cain offered an excellent sacrifice.
Now how many sitting here tonight knew that? You’ve read your Bible maybe more that I read my Bible, because I’m kind of lazy.
You’ve got it in your mind that he was such a skunk and such a rotten infidel or something, that he didn’t do one thing right. I’ve got news for you, he offered an excellent sacrifice. How many of us can say that tonight? Abel was more excellent.
You know why his was excellent? He offered the first-fruit that was in the Word. But he [Cain] should have offered the blood sacrifice before the first-fruit.
Now what if you’ve got Him in the air when He doesn’t belong there? What if you’ve got Him right down here as I’m going to show you not by Scripture and you’re spitting in His face. This is what breaks me up, because I know He’s here.
I can take by Scripture, thread It backwards and forward with the witness of God in my heart then I know He’s here.
Now listen, It says here in the Books of Acts 1:9, which we’re looking at, He’s up in the air.
(09) And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. [All right, there’s a cloud.]
(10) And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, two men stood by them in white apparel;
(11) [And they] said, [You] men of Galilee, why stand [you] gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as [you’ve] seen him go into heaven.
I’ve nothing against that, clouds of glory, He’s going to come that way. And He’s not simply going to stop there. He’ll eventually come all the way down.
Now there is a stopping there to a degree, but where do you find in Scripture when you and I are caught up to the Marriage Supper in the bodily presence of Jesus we stay in the cloud? If you’ve got one Scripture that tells you and me you stay there.
It’s a mystery, we could be caught further away. Now why do people preach as though they really know it when they don’t know it? You think God is going to take a surmise? Not that I know of.
All right. I’ve got nothing against Him coming in clouds. He’s going to come in clouds. I’ll read another portion of Scripture to you also, that tells you the same thing, there’s no doubt about It.
(17) Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:… [And then It doesn’t say what happens from then on. It just says, “We’re going to be with Him.”]
But I’m going to tell you something: The Scripture says, “In my Father’s house there are many mansions, [John 14:2] and when I come to get you I’m going to take you there.” Now, if those mansions are up there in the clouds, [which is just a dimension,] I’ve got no trouble at all. But you see, the theologians have said something here.
Now I want to challenge them on the ground: Is the fundamentalist right, or is he wrong? Well, I’ve got another word for you: How many Christians are there so called? Roughly eight hundred million or better.
Millions and millions of so-called born-again believers are saying the same thing. Has the majority ever been right? Jesus came to about two million Israelites I guess, out of the whole bunch he got eighty-two. Seventy ditched Him all at one time and one of them was a devil. Not very good picking. The majority has never been right.
We go to…
(19) [And] what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even [you] in the [sight] of our Lord Jesus Christ at his [presence?]
What does that mean? You think that Paul looked down the ages and saw Seven Church Ages and saw you and me at the end? No way! He was praying in Philippians that the same One who would descend and change the mortal bodies, He would be standing there in no way was He looking down the ages, two thousand years.
He was pointing out what would happen to those standing there that God would change. And he had hoped to apprehend that for which he was apprehended and be a part of it. But he wasn’t, because the Bride wasn’t taken in. She wasn’t complete yet.
Now he says,
(19) …what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even [you] in the [sight] of [that word ‘presence’ is not parousia, it means the sight of,] our Lord Jesus Christ at his [parousia?]
(13) To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ [or parousia] with all his saints. [All right, His parousia with all His saints.]
I want to ask you a question: Do you think this means all the dead that come out of the ground? I know you do. You’ve been fundamental too many years. Go ahead read It.
I know what you’re thinking, and I can you tell you why, because I can read your mind. I’m a mind reader. I got a mind just like yours and I was a fundamentalist all my life, and I read it the same way.
And I looked down there and I could see Paul saying, “All the dead are going to come out of the ground. Hallelujah. That means the Rapture.” Hallelujah hogwash! Because he speaks of the Resurrection in the fourth chapter, not the third.
It’s over here, he talking about Jesus’ Presence with all the living and He amongst us. Read It for yourself. Up in the air? No way. No way.
Just let your minds go and believe there’s other channels and just being fundamental and saying, “Well, the big father, so and so said He’s up in the air.”
I’m going to tell you something: Roman Catholic popes speak in tongues, and they don’t put Him in the air. Now where’s your Pentecostal nonsense? I want to tell you something about Roman Catholic people; people think I don’t like them.
I got news for you, it isn’t that I don’t like them I don’t believe a lot of things that they say. But there’s a lot of things that they do say are just as fundamental as any so-called fundamentalist.
And if you ask certain questions they’ve got just as good of answers as anybody that screams and talks in tongues and jumps up and down and says, “I’m born again.” And don’t think they don’t.
And don’t think for one minute they believe that Mary is their Savior, they know that Jesus is. They got a different idea, rebirth and few things from you and me, but it may be they’ll stand pretty good in the judgment day too, don’t sell them short.
There’s a lot of people should know better. In my books don’t do half as well as a Catholic without a Bible then these people that’s got a Bible to look into.
(13) To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, [and he tells you whose presence it is,]
The presence he’s talking about is God, and God never came down outside the Logos. See? Who’s Presence? The Presence of the Logos with the Saints. What Saints? Living Saints. The dead and the living together are mentioned in chapter 4.
This is chapter 3 where Paul is saying, “There will be a time in the Presence of the Logos Himself, God, where men are established and blameless.” I saw Brother Branham in that condition and all …?… without fear.
However, it is evident the Presence cannot signify only the Presence of the Rapture as we’re showing you which they believe. For It speaks of the very Presence of the Person of Jesus Christ confronting the antichrist.
Now they’ll bend there, but they’ll tell you and me when Parousia talks about you and me it has to be the Rapture. But they’ll bend, and they’ll say, “Well now also that same Presence is going to confront the antichrist.”
Let’s take a look at It.
(08) And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his [presence:]
There’s going to be a confrontation right here on earth when Jesus in physical form, the incarnated God comes down and confronts the incarnated devil. Two present’s on a head-on collision course, the confrontation. That word Parousia is for both of them.
So you see, you just got to know that that word Presence like Dr. Rotherham says can refer to many events within a span of time. See?
Now, the fundamentalist’s puts that Presence starting in the air. We who follow this Message do not put It there, we put It starting down here. See? So we’ll look at that too.
Now, the fundamentalist’s when they read Matthew 24:23, “What shall be the sign of Thy Presence?” To them It means: “what thing will point to the Rapture, so that we can know the Rapture is at hand and consequently You will descend down there in the clouds and we’ll be caught up to meet You.”
To them Matthew 24:3, 23-26 does not point out that, He’s actually here, but this is the time for It that there’ll be a Rapture. Now these fundamentalists are convinced that Parousia is referring to, and can only mean the glorified bodily Presence of our Lord Jesus.
They are absolutely correct that there is in glorified Jesus Who is the Christ, cannot come down to earth until Revelation 19: 20:1-11, that’s right, when He comes down followed by those on white horses dressed in fine linen which is the Bride. All the Saints coming with Him.
And absolutely He will be down here on earth to confront the antichrist. There’s absolutely no doubt about it. I agree with them they are right on that particular point. But this truth that they have does not make the bodily presence necessary for His Presence in all times and plan.
Now that you see, they pin-point it, and they say, “This is it where it starts. This is what you look for. This is the whole thing.” Hogwash!
Brother/sister, before there is a Rapture there’s got to be a Resurrection. I don’t care two-bits about a Rapture, I care everything for a Resurrection. Because if I’m in the first Resurrection, I will be in whatever a Rapture signifies, or a Wedding Supper signifies, or a Millennium signifies, or the White Throne signifies, or New Jerusalem signifies, it doesn’t Matthew. Because I don’t know those things, but you get me to the first Resurrection.
So, let’s get all this hogwash out about trying to go up there before we get It right down here. And that’s the thing we’re looking at. For Him to be here, we’re in His Presence He will establish and make us blameless. You see, He’s doing it for us. Now that’s what we’re looking at.
Now, they have overlooked one thing: they make a tragic blunder, for their doctrine denies John 1:18. Now let’s take a look at It. Alright let’s start at the beginning.
(01) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(02) The same was in the beginning with God.
(03) All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. [verse 14]
(14) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
And He died, and they buried Him, and God raised Him. Now, what’s he talking about? Logos! What happened to the Logos? Verse 18.
(18) No man hath seen God at any time,…
Yet, Jesus said, “He that has seen Me, has seen the Father.” [John 14:9]
Now, do you think John is turning around here, the very John who later writes in the same Book of John, “He that has seen Me, has seen the Father,” in chapter 14, he’s got his tongue in his cheek, and he’s got one eye winking, the other cross-eyed and he’s pulling a little joke.
‘Cause he’s saying, ” No man’s seen the Father.”
I didn’t write the Book. You’re the one that’s going to be all puzzled down there, I got no problem, I believe it. Not a bit of problem.
(18) No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, [Now, that can’t be the flesh, no way.] which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath [exegeted] him.
Now, they can say all they want, but they’ve got three Gods, a Father, a Son, and a Holy Ghost. And this Spirit here whatever it was, was in the bosom of the Father. “I came out from God and I go back to God.”
That same One there is called the Son, and He’s in the bosom of the Father. Yet that same One walked right down here on earth in a human body.
And the human body was not the Son per se, because It says, “Only begotten of the bosom of the Father. I came from God and I go back.”
And then He turned right around and He said, “I came down, I go back, and I come back.”
Now, let’s go to John 16:16 and we’re going to begin to see some things here.
(16) A little while, and [you] shall not see me: and again, a little while, and [you] shall see me, because I go to the Father.
All right, now let’s face it, when did He go to the Father? He went to the Father after the Resurrection; they saw Him caught up.
Okay, now I’m going to read from Wuest’s translation because this is better. I’m not a good interpreter of this Word and all, because I don’t have the Greek. But I can sure use the Greek.
“All right then Brother Vayle, you should shut up and just sit down.”
Well, that’s fine, you can think so all you want. Then why don’t you shut up and never eat again? Especially you men, if your wives were not around to cook for you, and you had nobody to cook for you, I suppose you wouldn’t use flour somebody else made, and you wouldn’t use yeast somebody else made, and you wouldn’t use the milk the cow made, you’d sit back because you couldn’t do a thing but starve. Go ahead and starve.
See, I’m going to call you, you get funny with me, I’m going to get funny with you. You see, I’m going to use the other guys brains like a woman using the ingredients that she didn’t make. You guys wouldn’t have a nickel, you wouldn’t have a thing to eat if your wife didn’t cook for you out of the ingredients somebody else made.
How do you like to have wives that spin the flax and spin the wool and make garments? You’d love it, wouldn’t you? Well, you’d have one garment every thirty years.
All right, I’m going to use somebody else’s brain. You catch what I’m saying tonight? I’m not a Greek student, but I have no trouble reading what these other guys say, and I’m going to tell you, they say the very things I’m saying and they don’t know they’re saying it.
Like Dr. Vincent knew that there were not three Gods, but couldn’t preach it. He distinctly said that, “Jesus came back as the Holy Ghost.” And he got rid of one God. How can a man be a Trinitarian when he can see that close. …?…
(16) A little while, and no longer you are attentively contemplating me, and again a little while you shall look at me with a discerning sight.
Now, how in the world can these people be contemplating Him, and then later on have a discerning sight? I’ll tell you how. Because they’re full of the Holy Ghost. Discerning means ‘to judge between’.
Yet there was a certain man in Florida when Brother Branham came down there, this man’s name was Holloway, I’m not afraid to mention names. He’s dead now, but I’m not trying to set off on a dead man, I’m just telling you my name is Lee Vayle, I stand here preaching a thing, I stood with Brother Branham and I’m going to mention that guy’s name, because I did, and he came from Cleveland, he was Assembly of God.
And he said that William Branham had a familiar spirit. How discerning was he? When you can’t tell a spirit of hell from the Spirit of God there’s something wrong with you somewhere.
I’m not worried about mentioning names, fap, nothing to it. If he hadn’t done it, it be a different story. He did it. I do something wrong, go ahead mention my name. You can go ahead, I’m wide open.
All right. John 16:
(17) Therefore some of his disciples said one to another, What is this that what he is saying to us, A little while, and no longer are you attentively contemplating me?
In other words, standing back at the gears rolling, saying, “What’s it all about? What’s it all about? And a little while, you should be looking at me with a discerning sight. You’ll be able to look at me and know and understand and tell differences. And because I’m going away to the Father.”
(18) Therefore they were saying this, What is that he is saying, A little while? We do not know what the positive knowledge what he is saying.
(19) Jesus perceived that they were desiring to be asking him, and said to them concerning this, You are enquiring one of another that I said, A little while no longer are you tentatively contemplating me [she wasn’t there to be looked at,] and again a little while you shall look at me with a discerning sight.
(20) Most assuredly I am saying to you weep audibly and shall audibly lament and the world shall rejoice. As for you, you shall be made to grieve, but your grief shall become joy.
(21) The woman whenever she is about to bear has grief because her hour has come, but whenever she bears a child no longer does she remember her anguish because of her joy that a man was born into the world.
(22) And as for you, and you therefore now are having grief: but again I shall see you, and your hearts shall rejoice, and your joy no one will snatch away from you.
Now listen, the discerning never took place in the forty days He was with them. After that first ten days, He was with them fifty days remember. No, forty days, then ten days gone the Holy Ghost came. Forty days they didn’t discern. See?
It was at their Pentecost they could look back and take the Scripture and mold It into a picture. And they saw Him in the Word which they didn’t see Him before. All they knew before something was happening that had to be God.
But after Pentecost, it was a different story. You see? Now, I want to ask you a question: Did everybody have that? No way. Peter, their spokesman did. See, no way.
(23) In that day shall ask me no question about anything. Most assuredly I am saying to you whatever you shall request of the Father, he will give it to you in view of all that I am in his estimation.
Now watch what He is saying there. The discernment that they had has to be God’s own discernment, which they discerned and therefore God comes across. And makes you understand why most prayers are answered today on the basis of a bulldog incompetent faith.
Not a truly revealed faith, but a bulldog faith. See, there’s a big difference, because anybody can just walk in a blind kind of a faith and get anything from God. Scripture tells you that.
It says that you can get anything from God, and God will send leanness to your soul, because you’re not in a realm of a truly revealed faith. See? All right. I’ll answer more of that question later on sometime.
(23) …whatever you shall request of the Father, he will give it to you in view of all that I am in his estimation. [Is that ever broke upon us? It’s just breaking upon us now.]
(24) Up to this time you requested not one thing in my name: be making request constantly and you shall receive in order your joy having been filled completely full might persist in that state of fullness in present time.
(25) These things have I spoken to you by way of illustrations, similes and comparison. [Now watch what He says here:] An hour comes when no longer in similes and comparisons will I speak to you, but plainly without use of similes and comparisons I’ll tell you concerning the Father.
Now, you’ve got something here, or there’s an estimation wherein the Father has revealed the Son and now there’s a revelation back to the Father. In other words, there has to come a time of the differentiation, the separation, the understanding of Logos from the body of flesh, and what One is doing in contradistinction to the other, and yet how One is not acted without the other.
(26) In that day in view of all that I am in his estimation, you shall request something for yourselves, and I do not say to you that I’ll ask the Father in behalf of you:
(27) For the Father himself is fond of you, because you have been fond of me, and still are and I believe that I have come from the presence of God and still hold to that belief.
(28) I came out from the Father, and have come into the universe: again, I leave the universe behind and proceed on my way to the Father.
(29) His disciples say, Behold, now in plainness of words you are speaking, and not even with unsimilies or comparisons are you uttering your thoughts.
(30) Now we know positively that you know all things, and you do not have need that anyone keep on questioning you. By this we believe that from God you came forth.
(31) And Jesus answered them, Do you now believe?
Well listen, they came to the place where they said, “I know this one thing. He came from God, and He’s going back to God.”
Now you try to put the body in there, where do you end up at? You can’t do it. See, what I’m trying to tell you? Because God was manifesting human flesh, the fundamentalists have made Him deity on the grounds of two more deities, and not being able to separate a reality of Jesus simply being that High Priest at this time.
They don’t know what God is doing. What they got is some God sitting up there in a big cubicle, and they got Jesus Who is another God over here in another cubicle, as He is doing in a certain office. Then they’ve got a third one that comes down and sort of plays around. They call Him the Holy Spirit. It won’t work. See?
But they don’t realize that One that sat there in solitude for trillions of years before He made one move consolidating every thought and knowing everything in the world as Brother Branham said, “How many fleas there would be, and how often they’d blink their eyes. And how many fleas it would take to make a pound of tallow.”
I know the average guy doesn’t like language like that in the pulpit. But the prophet was very accurate. For those trillion of years, God sat there, in His perfect Omniscience. See?
Then when He wanted to manifest that Logos within Him, which logos’ simply means, ‘an expression of the thought, and the thought is in the expression’. He just didn’t make a man ‘zoom’, there was a man. He was in that Man, then He left that Man. See?
Now, you can’t put Him in a man until in the air when He reincarnates Himself with that One that comes down. Now you see why I say, fundamentalism is all wrong. They don’t understand John 1:18.
They don’t understand hardly anything concerning Godhead and what’s going on. Because they’ve got themselves three gods. It won’t work, because Jesus the man isn’t God. God can’t be born, and God can’t die. No way. See? So what we see here they got this thing a little mixed up.
Let’s go over here again also, John 14:18. He says,
(18) I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. [Who came, the body? No!]
Now, how did the Logos come at Pentecost? The Logos came at Pentecost as one Cloud over the whole people, and little tongues came on down. That was the Logos separating Himself on a few hundred people.
Then in the next little while He’s separating Himself upon five thousand and He’s been doing that for centuries until He’s in Africa, He’s in Asia, He’s in America, He’s in Europe. He’s all over the world in the hearts of people.
Through as it were, a symbol full of this Light. But I want to ask you: is God infinite? You say God’s infinite. I want to ask you: How many times will sixty trillion go to the infinite? Infinite. Then if Almighty God baptized eight trillion people with the Holy Ghost is He diminished? No way.
Well, let’s talk about the salmon. Here’s a salmon, he’s got a wife that’s going to bring forth about eight million eggs. He fertilizes eight million eggs. Now let’s say, here’s one salmon he’s very prolific; so he’s got a lot of lady salmon and so he fertilizes eight trillion eggs.
I want to ask you a question: Are those eight trillion babies father salmon? No way. Father salmon still there with eight trillion. Then you going to tell me the Logos is in the body, and that’s the only place it is and there is no Logos left? No way.
God dividing Himself is the same I’m talking to what I’m talking about a while ago, let’s face it. Then when He stands there, which He does stand. Now, what’s He going to do? He can do anything He wants being God. That what we’re trying to give you an understanding tonight.
(18) I will not leave you… I will come to you.
Now watch, Ephesians 4: This is where Dr. Vincent opened my eyes to the fact that the Trinitarianism is a bunch of nonsense. I wouldn’t of got this on my own.
I’m not a Greek scholar, but I read what they say, and when I read it I don’t see it like they see it. That’s okay. The photographer takes a picture, I don’t see what he sees. Artist paints the picture, I don’t see what he sees. I see what I see.
Now It says in,
(09) …he ascended, what is it but he descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
In other words, the One that went up was the One that went down into the lower parts of the earth and God wouldn’t leave Him there. Then It said,
(10) He that descended is the same that ascended…
That tells you, the One that went down, went up and came back. That’s all there is to it. So He came back as the Holy Ghost to fill people.
Okay. Let’s go a little further now. We go to the Book of Acts 26:13. Now I’m taking my time tonight, I’m talking pretty fast, but we’re getting a lot of material laid in here on purpose. A lot of this is reviewed and a lot of it is not review. Okay.
(13) At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
(14) And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, in the Hebrew tongue [saying,] Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
(15) And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus…
Now, somebody could say, “Well that’s right, He’s on the Mercy Seat up there and He sent a blinding light and He spoke out of there.” I suppose you could say that if you want, but that’s not what the Bible said.
(16) …rise, and stand upon thy feet: [Now listen,] for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, [He didn’t see a man. He saw a light. What was It? Pillar of Fire. That’s what Moses saw. That’s what Elijah saw.] to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
(17) Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
(18) To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
(19) Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: [Okay, very good.]
Now, let’s find out if that was Jesus by Paul’s own testimony. We go to,
(01) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also [you] have received, and wherein [you] stand;
(02) By which [you] are saved, if [you] keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless [you’ve] believed in vain.
(03) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to scripture;
(04) …that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to scripture:
(05) And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: [That’s right, in a human body.]
(06) After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; [in a human body] of whom the greater part remain this present [time], but some are fallen asleep.
(07) After that, he was seen of James; [human body] then of all the apostles. [Human body.]
(08) And last of all he was seen of me,… [No human body. What did he see? A Pillar of Fire.]
Now, Who did he see? Did he see Jesus the man? No way! Saw the Logos. In other words, he saw that which was within God. See? And what’s within God would have to be God. And when God put a veil on it, that’s still God.
So, when Jesus said, “He that has seen me hath seen the Father.” That’s exactly right. And when you saw the Pillar of Fire that’s exactly right.
And I say… I don’t want to mean to be irreverent, but I want to bring it right down to brass tacks, if God Almighty decided to bottle Himself in a brass door knob, and you saw that door knob, you saw God. Because it’s all you’re going to see.
No man can see God and live. He cannot be approached to living in a light that no man can come near. So therefore, if somebody’s going to approach, or he’s going to approach, something has got to be done towards apprehension.
So what does God do? He veils Himself. Bottles Himself, so that the object to whom He wishes to reveal Himself can apprehend Him. Now that’s what you’re talking about. That’s what you’re talking about.
God wasn’t going to let Jesus come down here in a physical form and talk to Paul. But Paul saw Him, he saw a Pillar of Fire. So he saw Him, see?
All right. Let’s go to 2 Corinthians 5:16, and again we see something here.
(16) Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
He tells you that you don’t know Christ after the flesh anymore. How in the world then when somebody comes down here with nail prints and say, “Oh, I met Jesus, hallelujah, that’s the Christ. Yes siree, that’s all the nail prints says…” Hogwash!
You better see a Pillar of Fire, you see, He went back to. You’re not going to see nail prints to get up there. The nail prints have yet to come down in the physical form.
(17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
(18) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
(19) To wit, that God was in Christ, [Where was He? He was in the human body. What was He doing in that body?] reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
(20) Now we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be [you] reconciled to God.
Now Jesus cannot be here carrying on a ministry. He’s up there carrying on a ministry. So what happened? The people down here born again get a measure of the Holy Ghost, stand in position for Jesus and pleased to accept the works that He did. No big problem, as simple as ABC.
Jesus said Himself that He would return to this earth as the Holy Spirit, and not only as uniting us back to God, but as the Revealer. Not just to bring us back to God, but to reveal. And all through Scripture you can see God has made special visitations.
To deny that the Logos in a Pillar of Fire is the same One Who dwelt in human flesh, is to deny John 1:1,14 and 18. You just simply deny what the Scriptures says.
I want to tell you something, that Alpha is Omega, and I’ve done a bit of study, I have not found one age that preached the Logos as age number one, and as age number seven.
Go in the books yourself. Paul preached it. John preached it, and William Branham preached it. The rest of them merely looked at it and said a few things that were complimentary.
All right. And to put the Presence as a hard and fast rule in the air, because of the body is ridiculous. Why? Because He already came down at Pentecost and hovered them. Came to Paul and gave him the Word. That’s right.
God Himself did it. You don’t think He did it? Come on. I’ll likely read this over again later on, I suppose it might be in the same notes. I don’t know, I go into it so many times what’s the difference.
Now Paul said,
(11) But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
(12) For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. [He said Jesus Christ Himself taught me.]
Well Paul, did He come down in human flesh? He said, “Man you’ve got to be crazy. Well, he said, are you so stupid at this late in the day, that you don’t know how God reveals Himself to bring the Word?” Pillar of Fire in a prophet. That goes back to Deuteronomy 18.
And the people who mouth Hebrews 13:8 are liars in their hearts, because they don’t believe it. Anybody can mouth things. How many of you men mouth you love your wife and you’re mad at her? Don’t answer that question. Like to see your wife come back with a hatchet, though you might deserve it.
There’s a lot of people don’t believe Hebrews 13:8, but they mouth it. They’re like the Pharisees in the days of Jesus who Brother Branham said. “Why,” he said, “Jesus came according to the Scripture, but not according to their interpretation of the Scripture.”
That’s the whole trouble. People believe Hebrews 13:8, but they don’t believe It.
And if, “He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever,” and that Logos was… listen, and that was that One in a human body that led Israel, then Who talked to Moses? You’d never get by that one brother/sister, no way. No way, you got to face up to it. It’s ridiculous to say it’s all got to go to the body.
Now, the very Word of God says concerning that Presence:
(15) …we which are alive and remain unto the [presence] of the Lord shall not [have any preeminence over] them [that are] [a]sleep.
(16) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven…
All right, what is the word ‘descend’? I don’t know the Greek, but it’s: k-a-t-a-b-a-a-t-e-e-n-o, ‘katabaateeno’, from kata, meaning ‘down’. And bas’-ece ‘to walk or pace’, as is used of all kinds of motion on the ground. And by implication means ‘foot’.
I heard of Jesus walking on water, but never in the air. I understand He was caught up, He did not walk up. He never flapped his arms or anything else, He was caught up. Taken up by a Supernatural Force. The Scripture distinctly said that God raised Him, then God raised Him up.
So, he did not walk up. He did not fly up. He did not use any locomotion of His own. He was taken up. Have you got your wing muscles developed for the Rapture? You won’t need them. But according to these guys that don’t believe the Bible you might need something. No! This has to do with the ground.
We ask a question: What does ‘descend’ mean in Ephesians 4. Okay, let’s take a good look at It. You got to forgive me for being rough and sarcastic, because look, I’ve got no other way to teach. Now, “he that descended into the lower parts of the earth…”
“Well Brother Vayle, what it really was you see, He really didn’t go down in there. What it was you see, they put him in that terrible tomb ground out of rock then they slammed the door and they sealed it. And what you see is a figure of speech.”
Why would you bother even coming to church if you believed that? I’m not a drunkard, but I’ve got several bottles of liquor I cook with. I can use a fifth of whiskey for my Chinese food over a period of eight to ten years.
I’ve got enough to make any one of you drunk tonight. Come on to my place and get drunk and go on out and blow your brains out. I mean it. I’m not kidding you. I preach this way on purpose. LOOK! Descend is descend! Or change it. Change it, go ahead.
He descended and He ripped the gates of hell off and He moved paradise. Descend means ‘come down’. And It doesn’t say the Holy Ghost descended up there in a cloud, He came down, or either to get Him, what ladder did you climb my brother/sister?
I will not embarrass you by saying, “Raise your hands you who really believe you have received the Holy Ghost. Because I will ask you to produce your ladders. How did you get up there?
I’m not happy with people who take every little trick to mess everybody up. I’m not at all happy with them, because those people destroy people, and I want to help people. Brother/sister, He came down.
Now listen, I’m living here and the dead are in the ground. There might be several dead below the concrete of this building, Indians, or God knows what; they’ve got to come out of this ground.
There might of been some old timer really born again years ago died and his bones are way down under the ground here, or else they’re… I don’t know and I care less, I don’t make any limits to how far down they are.
Now, His Presence is going to raise the dead. What makes anybody think He’s got to be sitting in the clouds to raise Him? He could be a billion miles above the clouds and still raise Him.
But Presence means ‘Presence’. See? And let’s get this, God is confined by boundaries. God is not amorphous. [lacking definite form] He is not everywhere, like the wisp of wind, or the fog floating. He’s a real genuine entity.
Reminds me of Samson. Brother Branham says, a little runty guy. Man hardly big enough for a drink of water. Go out there and chase an army. That’s the way God is. I don’t have to have God, great big God fill the whole universe, ten universes, fifty thousand universes.
I can have God that came down the size of a man and bust the universe wide open. I can have God come down in a baby. If I see what God’s creation, a drop of water can do, when those atoms are split, what about God?
You don’t need a great big guardant-ion, some type of horrific thing in imagination. John saw the Pillar of Fire on the Throne and that was God in the Pillar of Fire. Why He can sit up there and raise the dead. But It doesn’t say that. It says at His Presence.
I want to ask you: Where are the dead? They’re right here. Now where am I? Right here, and He’s supposed to be with me when He raises the dead, because He’s going to change me when He raises the dead. Where is He? He’s here.
You say, “I don’t see Him.”
So, what’s that got to do with you and me? Just that you don’t see Him? You don’t see your liver either. So you’ve got no liver. It’s wonderful, I knew there’s something wrong with you sitting there.
I hope your arthritis is the same way, you can’t feel it, that’s a different story isn’t it. Ha, ha, ha, I do have arthritis because I can feel it, but I don’t have a liver because I can’t feel it. And then we talk of the Pentecostals being a bunch of people that go by feelings. Well you don’t do that, so it’s okay.
All right listen,
(13) [those that are living] concerning them which are asleep, that [you] sorrow not, as others which have no hope.
(14) For if we [living] believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring [forth] with him. [Or lead them forth.]
(15) For this we say unto you [thus saith] the Lord, [now] we which are alive and remain unto the [presence] of the Lord…
Now, Who is He Present with? Us! He’s talking about us. That we are going to be established, confirmed, blameless.
You know Brother Branham got that the day he was up there in the mountain and those three deer came, the doe and the two fawns, and he said I could kill you, but I gave my word to God.
And a Voice said down through those caverns, those mountains and said, “If you kept your word, how much more truth and faithful am I to My Word.”
And he said, “Lee, from that moment I have had not one sense of guilt.”
That’s going to be in the Bride. You’re going to lose your guilt. I answered your questions: Not utopia, I have lost my guilt, Rich, I don’t have guilt anymore, I’ve lost my fear. What did it? He did it.
Let me tell you, what I’m preaching tonight is going to do to you whether you believe it or not. If you don’t, it’s okay. Before it’s over, not this night, before it’s over I’ll explain to you word by word how ministries go and what happens.
I’ve kept myself geared tonight to mechanics, I don’t want to get to dynamics, but let me tell you, I know what I am talking about. I saw it in William Branham. I see the same thing more like in a measure, because I am not a prophet. The fear is gone, that’s right. Guilt is gone.
“Brother Vayle don’t you feel bad about the fact that you’re rotten?”
“Sure.” That doesn’t bother me though, doesn’t bother me anymore.
“So, well maybe you’re going to go out and do things.”
“No, no, I’m consecrated to It.” He said It. I believe It.
You say, “Have you arrived?”
“No, I haven’t arrived, I’m still here, can’t you see that?”
That’s the same stupid rotten sense of humor. But it’s different inside. Got to be. See, because He changes the living. And the beautiful thing is, it’s not as far as your flesh is concerned, forget it.
It’s a fact in His Presence you’re blameless and your established. You won’t be looking down the road anymore. You won’t be looking back anymore. You’ve heard me preach for years here, quoting the prophet.
One thing he said they always do, “Always looking back, always looking forward, but they can’t stand still and see what’s going on.”
And I’ve done my best to preach It here for years, and especially since 1980, step by step, I’ve taken you, preached hard, preach mean at times, but never in hate. Preached that Truth.
Let me tell you brother/sister it’s real. I don’t care if the world does what anybody else says, I’m ready. It’s settling in, and it’s going to keep settling in.
(15) …we which are alive and are here when he is present, will not take a preeminence…
Now, right away people say, “Hey, we’re going to be some wonderful people.”
“Super, super race” as Brother Branham said. We’re going to have these great ministries.
No, this hour, these people will take preeminence over nobody, because He stands here to do it all. He started it in the Garden of Eden. When Adam and Eve got into their sin, Who came down and did it all? He did it all.
You’re seeing the same thing right tonight brother/sister, I’m trying to get across to you. He is here with that open Book to do it all. Redemption is coming in Its final stages and time is running out.
(16) …the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout…
Now what Lord is that?
“Well,” they say, “that’s the Lord Jesus.” You prove it. I’ve got pages in my Strong’s concordance, where it says, “Lord.” Hundreds and hundreds of times it’s the same word. But what do you do when It said, “The Lord said unto my Lord, ‘Sit thou at My right hand.'” What Lord’s that?
They were confused then, they’re confused now, because they don’t know that God hast made Jesus, “This Christ that you’ve crucified both Lord and Christ.”
So therefore, “The Lord God said to this Lord Jesus Christ, ‘Sit on my right hand.'”
And God the Lord came down, Holy Ghost, in order to take us to our Lord Jesus Christ. No different word. No different authority. No different power.
But you see, if you don’t know that there is one God, and you don’t know that His Name is One, they both have the same Name, and you don’t understand what the prophet taught, you’ll never understand what I’m saying tonight.
You’ll never understand what the prophet taught, you’ll never understand when you read this Bible.
You say, “How am I going to get it?”
It’s a revelation.
You say, “How am I going to get a revelation?”
Stick with what the prophet taught, and simply give It back to God, until God gives It back to you in a revelation.
I’m going to tell you something. Everybody is a part of his own revelation. The Trinitarian is a part of his revelation. I am absolutely my own revelation. You are your own revelation. You wonder why our groups are so split? You wonder why before Brother Branham died, we were just as bad as Heinz’s fifty-seven varieties of pickles?
And maybe we’ve got seventy-five now instead of fifty-seven. Just reverse it. You know why? Because everybody’s got a different revelation. Everybody took something Brother Branham said and based it with something way back here in his mind which he had been taught years ago as a fundamentalist, or a non-fundamentalist. See?
That person is absolutely the manifestation of a revelation. Now, if I’m part of the true revelation just a sure as I stand here, if I stand here, I’m going to be changed. If I’m down in the dust I’m going to come out of it. Nobody has any preeminence. No way. Just because we’re here doesn’t mean we’re somebody.
I’ll tell you what it does mean: It means we’ve been favored by God like Mary was when he said, “Blessed art thou amongst women.”
And she said, “I wonder what he’s trying to tell me?”
“Well,” he said, “I’ll tell you what I’m trying to tell you, you’re going to bring forth the Son.”
And I’ll tell you this thing: It’s going to be this Bride standing right here in human flesh, that is literally going to bring Him down. Because God has got to work a work in her until she is in a position whereby the dead can come forth, then He will be ready to come.
When those dead are raised and we are consorting together and we are changed, then He will step forth and meet us in the mid-air. See?
Now, Brother Branham said, “The Rapture is a revelation.” That’s what we’re talking revelation tonight. That’s why I’m going in here and showing you the mechanics what is going on, and It is God doing It.
Now, there is one little tricky part in 1 Thessalonians 4:17, which the fundamentalist use which I’ve gone over already, “to meet the Lord in the air and so be with the Lord.”
And they say, “There you are, there you are.”
But I say, “Which Lord?”
Which Lord? Are you going to tell me that God isn’t our Lord? And are you going to tell me that Jesus is not our Lord? Are you going to tell me that God Almighty Himself the great Lord, the Elohim did not say, “All the angels worship Him?”
And if they’re going to worship Him who’s called a man, you think I’m not going to worship Him? You show me one vestige of authority that is not vested in Jesus the Christ. No way. No way, He has exalted Him.
Listen brother/sister, He gave Him a Name, His Own Name, and when that Name was fully tried and proven, He gave It to Him all over again.
The prophet looked down and he said, “I don’t call you saints, I call you Bride. I don’t call you church, I call you Bride,” and we believe that. And one day you give it back to God, until God gives it back to you.
And God says, “I say, yes you are Bride.”
I want to tell you something: It’s not going to take a whole lot of faith. You see, this is the thing where you’re missing it. You think when I get up here tonight and I tell you, “Hey, Brother Vayle really must have used faith.” Brother Vayle did not use any faith that amounted to a hill of beans.
But Brother Vayle remembers when Brother Branham preached and when he got through the Seals he said, “Oh [he said,] when I preached that sermon ‘God in Simplicity’, I did not know how simple it was.”
And I thought, merciful God, if this is what he preached is simple, I would hate to come near that which is complex. Tonight, I understand what the prophet said. It’s a million times simpler than what people realize. It’s a million times simpler. Now, I’m keep with the mechanics.
All right. The Lord Jesus in human form descends through the atmosphere and He raises the former dead, and us that were living and now changed, up to meet Him in the air.
Now, this understanding by the fundamentalists, wipes out all else. Because as far as they are concerned Jesus is Lord. He is a physical person. But they fail to realize that It says in Acts 2:32-36, “This One that you crucified God has made both Lord and Jesus Christ.”
And do you know that Jesus does not raise the dead? But they are raised by God for Him. For It says that,
(14) For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God [lead forth] with him.
So, Who comes down? In 1 Thessalonians 4:14, The Logos.
Who raises the dead? The Spirit, the Logos.
Who changes us? God does.
Who takes us to Jesus? God does, Holy Spirit.
Who incarnates Himself in Jesus? God does.
Who presents us to Himself in the human form? God does.
Furthermore, in the chronology of Matthew 24:3 where they say: “What shall be the sign of thy Presence?”
Which many think to be, “What will be the sign of thy coming?”
You read over here in Acts 1:9, speaking of His assent.
(09) And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
Now, furthermore then the chronology of Matthew 24:3, and Acts 1:9 forbid the apostle knowing the Rapture when they asked concerning the Presence.
Do you follow what I said? They did not understand the doctrine of the Rapture at the time. They said, “What will be the sign of Thy Presence?” So where does it leave the fundamentalists?
So, what we’re dealing with in these messages is not that the Rapture is not part of the Presence, but that the Presence starts on earth as in three stages, at this point as concerning the living, “The Shout, the Voice, the Trumpet.” And they’re no mystery.
The Shout: is the consorting of the Spirit with the living.
The Voice: is the raising of the dead and consorting with both of them.
The Trumpet: is the call up to the Supper.
Revelation 10:1-7 now comes into perfect view, because the Pillar of Fire comes upon land and sea, which is the Logos coming down, and at that time all the mysteries run out. And notice, where the feet are, it’s on the ground. See? Now, remember Jesus said even the Son of man which is in heaven, and He stood right there.
In other words, for the first time you are combining dimensions. As Brother Branham said, “When the Logos came down in a human form, heaven and earth hugged and kissed; man and God hugged and kissed and came a union, the same thing today.”
You’ve returned to the very same thing. That’s why brother/sister, it’s not asking questions anymore. It’s not puzzling anymore. People hear this Message and they puzzle. Quit your puzzling. It won’t get you anywhere. Just believe It. What you don’t understand leave.
As old Brother Neville use to say, something Brother Branham told him. “What you don’t understand offer it back to God with fire, and God will give it back to you at the due season.” See? It’s like a sacrifice, see, because it’s Word.
Now, what I have said so far as to bring you to this: If He is Present here in the Spirit, and one: We do not need to be privy to it. And two: So we’re not made privy to His advent, or actual descent, how do we know He’s here?
Now that’s what I want to bring to your attention, we’re talking about it. You were not told of the hour He would come. You were not told how He would come. Nothing was mentioned. All we’re told is that He will be Present.
Now that is what the disciples understood when they said, “We know You’re going to be Present.” How do we know it?
Now, I’m going to show you brother/sister I am not lying to you. I’m going to take you right now to Luke 17:20, and if I’m going to… these are in my notes later on I’ll just ignore them, because I’m going to give it to you now. You understand what I’m saying here?
(20) And when [Jesus] was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God [comes but no way in which you can see it.] [it] cometh [but] not with observation:
It’s going to be there and suddenly you’ll be aware of It, but you won’t have a clue as to when It got there, or how It got there. Now listen:
(21) Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! [It won’t do you any good] for, the kingdom of God is [in the midst of] you.
And if you can’t tell when it comes, and you can’t tell when it’s there and you’re warned, why do you rush around trying to find it when It’s under your nose and you can’t see it?
I didn’t write the Book, that’s what He said. Do you follow me?
(22) And he said unto [his] disciples, The days will come, when [you will] desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and [you] shall not see it. [He’s saying the same thing now.]
(23) And they shall say, See here; or, see there: go not after them…
(24) For as lightning, lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part, so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
In other words, He’ll be right there giving Light under your nose, but if you’ve got your eye shades on, or you’re blinded to It, or you turn your back, or you refuse, forget it.
And you’ll run here and you’ll run there and you’ll miss It. Because you already missed It. And I’m not lying to you. Now listen, prove it to you.
(25) But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.
So It tells you this is going to come down the road after He dies as the Lamb of God. But the days will repeat somewhere. When are they going to repeat?
(26) …as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be in the days of the Son of man.
It tells you right there. Then It says about Sodom Gomorrah. Then It says the Son of man is going to be revealed. Right.
And then It begins to tell you things there about two women grinding and one taken and one left. Two in the field, one taken, one left. What’s going on? There’s a separation going on. What’s the separation? Those who see, and those who don’t see.
Now listen, nobody sees when it comes, it is just there. Well now listen, if you don’t see it how are you going to know it? You see, that’s the thing we asked a minute ago. If you’re not supposed to be privy to how it comes, and certain seasons and all, in the sense that you would know the immediacy of that hour. All right.
Now, this is exactly the Scriptural question the disciples asked in Matthew 24:3. “What is going to be the sign of Thy Presence?” How are we to know that You’re Present and that It is really You?”
All right. Let’s check the Scripture. All right, certain things happen. Number one: Something political happens in the world before you can be aware of that Presence. Now it doesn’t say the political happening is going to bring on the Presence, or It’s got to be there, then He will come
It says, “At the time of His Presence,” there’ll be something in politics and you know what it is. It’s over in,
(32) Now learn a parable of the fig tree; [the emblem of Israel] When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, [you] know that summer is nigh:
(33) So likewise [you], when [you] see all these things, know that it is near the door.
(34) Verily [verily] I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. [What things? The Presence, the end of the world, separation, Rapture, every single thing.]
(36) But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
(37) But as the days of Noe… [Okay, something political.]
Okay, Israel the fig-tree. Israel begins the process of being a nation and becomes one. Now, that’s not the sign say, “Hey, somewhere down the line there’s going to be a Rapture.” True enough. But He’s here. See? That’s what we’re looking at.
Now in Luke 21:29-33, the very same thing is said, but in this case It says, “When the fig-tree and all trees.” In other words it is a time of nations emerging and changing government. You can’t keep up with it.
Yet not too long ago there was a person on TV, or on the air I guess, because I haven’t seen TV for a dog’s age, only see it once in a while in a motel when I’m on the road, and anyway, it was on this radio program this great authority, forget who he was and he just plumb said, “Look, he said, those nations are changing so fast I can’t keep up.”
Then he said, “I’m supposed to be an authority.” He just let them… the fellow know plump and plain, he said, “I only know so much and forget it.”
The emerging nations. World changing. This started in 1946 and world approval, or international law sanctioned it in 1948. It is at this time slot that He descends and is Present, though no one knows the hour, but has to depend on His manifestation if and when He desires to manifest Himself. But He tells you I’ll be there when that happens.
Now, He warned you and said, “Look, you can’t see it for yourself, so don’t start running and getting ideas.”
Now, where does it leave all these Bible scholars then? No wonder this fellow Esteff(?) I think his name is out there, he said, “We’re in the Sixth Church age,” last I heard. If this is Philadelphia, oh brother, God preserve me from Laodicea. That would be a loaded one.
Number two: A great social change is to take place. In the Book of Luke, now here is where you’re going to find the gays and the perverts are going to twist this around, because Leonardo Da Vinci was a homosexual and I guess Alexander Graham Bell was a homosexual.
And if any of you children got brilliant fathers they’re homosexual. And If you’ve got an IQ past number ten, you’ll be a homosexual. Everybody is a homosexual. You talk about a dirty bunch of rotten antichrist liars. They’ve blasphemed and rundown every person under high heaven with their filth.
In Luke 17:26-30, It says:
(26) …as it was in the days of Noe…
(27) …[eating, drinking,] given in marriage…
(28) …[and] in the days of Lot; [with homosexuality abounding, the Laodicean condition, miserable rotten.]
(11) …great earthquakes in divers places, famines, pestilences; and fearful sights…
That word ‘fearful sights’ means ‘hallucinations’. People hallucinating. I said, “Brother Branham, those great ants and those scorpions and things, with hair like a woman.”
They’re hallucinations, they’re not real. They’re devils. It’s hallucination’s that’s what these fearful sights are. The very word used by Hippocrates.
(11) …great signs shall be from heaven. [And then verses 25-26.]
(25) …there shall be signs in the sun, the moon, the stars; the earth, distress of nations, perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; [That’s political unrest. Everybody is at unrest. Not just politics.]
(26) Men’s hearts failing for fear, looking [for] those things coming on the earth: [that’s heart disease on the increase.] the power of heaven shaken.
(27) …then [they’ll] see the Son of man coming in [clouds of] great glory.
These are things that are absolutely signs of the times in the nations, in the great social changes.
Over here in 2 Timothy 3:1-8, that Brother Branham read so many, many times to us.
(01) …[to know this in] perilous times shall come, [the last days. Why?]
(02) [Because] men [are] lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient, unthankful, unholy,
Look at this guy A. Gee, that wrote that book and gave all the names of the CIA, and he stands masked with the light in his eye, not just of an idiot but a devil possessed person that ought to be taken up and shot by the nation as a traitor.
And you can see in his eyes and face he’s smug that people are dying to try to protect this nation. And society likes it. You know how to be popular? Rape some woman, kill some little kid. Stand up and be rotten so the judge can give you a tin metal or something.
Brother/sister it’s all over and don’t think it ain’t. Don’t think it isn’t all over. I just can’t wait for that day of judgment, if I get mine praise God, but I want to see this earth get what’s coming to it.
Now you think, “Vayle you’re a dirty rotten preacher.” Never said I wasn’t. Never said I wasn’t. But if I can’t sigh and cry and hate sin there’s something wrong, ain’t got no Holy Ghost nowhere. Because I’m tired of it. I’m more tired than even any place in the world, but I’m tired of it.
(03) Without natural affection…
What natural affection’s has that man got, when our own intelligence is destroyed? The Russians can come in here. Look what happened in the Second World War when they walked into East Germany, and we let East Germany down. We let Poland down. We did.
We’re the ones that did it, because they’re building a image already, that rotten structure. Who was it that could of stopped Hitler and stopped the Jews dying? The Mr. Pope, the Roman Catholic.
That’s well known and Mr. [Joseph] Kennedy and Mr. Roosevelt. They didn’t do one thing. Bring out the whole truth that’s being put out. What did the church do? See? What do they care about little babies dying? What do they care about anything.
Oh, they go to church and sing songs. Let me tell you, their churches are going to burn, and the whore is going to burn with it. And It says, “Rejoice you holy apostles and prophets.” I ain’t neither one, but I’ll rejoice just the same.
(03) …trucebreakers, [men deserve to die for that,] false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
How many books are being written now to run down Abraham Lincoln and George Washington, everybody else? There’s only one hero left, that’s the homosexual. Now if he’s a hero, I will be dead by morning by vomiting and don’t try to save me.
(04) …lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
(05) Having a form of godliness, denying the [authority:] from such turn away.
(06) For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, [Now, that’s not just individual women, that’s the churches.]
(07) Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
(08) Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth… [The vindicated truth of Almighty God at the last hour is stood against by these perverts.]
Now, let me tell you something: You can sit here tonight with a million fundamentalists and every one of these words you will abhor and they will abhor, but there’s a spiritual connotation far worse than the physical.
Because of subtle spiritual and everyone of these is a spiritual form of corruption, and in filth and rottenness of the spirit of hell, that begins to manifest in flesh. It’s just like the Scripture always talks of fornication and adultery as idolatry.
There’s no student that doesn’t know that. Every student knows that, I don’t care how dumb he would appear and things. He knows that.
These also, are physical manifestations of spiritual maladjustment of those hundreds of thousands of spirit loosed upon people. Every day I pray God deliver me from enticing and seducing spirits.
(08) …corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
(09) But they shall proceed no further: [This is that generation spoken of that shall not pass away. It’s all over with this bunch.] their folly [should] be [made] manifest unto all… [as was also Jannes and Jambres. Let the false anointed ones rise up, won’t do any good.]
All right let’s keep moving, I haven’t got time for the rest of the Scripture.
We go to number three: Something is happening in the church. I won’t read Revelation 13, but the church is forming a union backed by tremendous wealth that she’s accrued in order to govern the whole world.
She has become spiritually wicked as in Revelation 3:14 and Revelation 17:1-7. And at that time God sends the prophet Elijah.
For he says:
(05) Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the [great] and [terrible] day of the LORD:
And what comes before that great and terrible day of the Lord? The Presence and the revelation of the Son of man. And if God always used a prophet with a Pillar of Fire, you tell me what prophet God would use other than Elijah? No way there could be another prophet.
How does he do it? He does it according to Acts 3:19 to gain our attention.
(19) …when times of refreshing shall come from… [that which is visible of the eye to God, which is His signs and wonders, a revival will hit the church.]
But It says, “Even then He cannot come.” Jesus the man cannot come, there must be restoration.
Now I want to ask you a question: Can there be a legitimate prophet without the Pillar of Fire at the end-time? The answer is no! No way. Because that’s how It came. It came by an apostle with the Pillar of Fire.
“And He’s the same yesterday, today and forever.” What He did at the beginning He’s got to do now. It’s got to come that way though.
The One that gave It must interpret It. So therefore, He is here with His Presence to reveal Himself. Then It says, “When this restoration comes, then and then only can Jesus appear in those clouds.”
And I want to ask you a question: Who is Elijah going to be preaching to? Who is God going to be dealing with? Not those up there brother/sister, and He won’t deal from that position.
He’s got to deal right down here, because He says categorically, “If I do not send Elijah the prophet I will come and destroy utterly.” And the same God that said It, as I preached here on three occasions.
He said, “The day cometh when the earth will burn, and I’m going to destroy lock, stock and barrel. But unto you that fear My Name shall the Sun of righteousness rise.”
In other words, He said, “I’m coming to heal, and I’m coming to destroy. I’m God Who heals. I’m God Who kills.” And they turned Him down.
Now I want to ask you: Is that Jesus? How can Jesus do that when He’s the One pleading for us? He can do none of those things until He steps off the Mercy Seat, the Throne, and becomes incarnated by God Himself. No way.
So, when God comes down it’s “to turn the hearts of the children back to the fathers.” Now this time of making Himself known, first by works, and second by revelation is what we read in Luke 17:20-30, “The Kingdom cometh without observation.”
Why he said, “He’s in the midst of you.” And He called that the Kingdom. And Who was in the midst of them? Jesus was there, and It speaks of His coming in His Kingdom. Why He owns It right now.
Look it, if one glorified man can take the whole world over, defuse every bomb, drive everybody crazy, what could God do if He comes here? Just think it over, let your minds go and begin to revel in these things and see what’s in your lot at this hour.
Now then, if you can’t see it, but He’s here. Now then, He’s going to show you I’m here. “That which is visible of Me to the eye.”
Now that’s not nature that won’t do it. Let a million preachers come out here and preach nature, and I know Brother Branham did a good job, but look it, I’m going to tell you flat, when it came to preaching nature that’s not what convinced me of Brother Branham. The Word did. I don’t mind him illustrating, but look, I’ve looked at nature for years.
Now it’s true that nature makes the sap go up in the spring time and down in the winter, the leaves fall off and this happens, and that happens; the sun rises and sets. And that’s a lovely picture of the Resurrection.
I’ll go along with that, but I’m not interested, because I happen to know there’s a lovely sun out there today. Oh, it’s pretty, and I got some pretty trees. And that same God that’s supposed to run everything has got winds out there.
And His winds come and take my trees and they rip them all to shreds, and I look at my lovely tree and I say, “Well that’s some kind of a God. I’m not interested.” And that’s not what the Bible said.
The prophet was illustrating, but when he taught the Scripture, he said, “God appeared in signs and wonders.” That’s what God appeared in.
For Jesus said in,
(24) If I had not done the works which none other man did, [did they not] sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. [And when they saw those works, they saw God.]
As Brother Branham said, “Let me tell you when Jesus spoke, they knew the words of no man would do what those Word’s did.”
And he was telling about himself, that when he said, “Thus saith the Lord.” There was no way that William Branham’s words, ‘Thus saith the Lord’, or Thus saith anything would work. It had to be God. So we saw It.
All right, now listen: At that time, it is time for the false prophets to arrive. Now I know that people say, “There’s going to be lots of funny things come on the earth. There’ll be false prophets come on the earth, and then you see, that’s the time He will come.”
I want to ask them a question: What is a false prophet and how do you tell them apart? I’d like to know. Why, anybody just tell me tonight without having heard the prophet. I’d like to hear one theologian, one fundamentalist, one tongues talking Pentecostal tell me, won’t be a lot of false prophets. You show me a real one.
I’m going to tell you: you can’t have a false in any generation, unless there’s a true one in that generation, because how do you know the true from the false unless there’s been a true one there.
“Well, you say, I’m going to go back in the Bible.” Well please go back in the Bible and show me.
And you’re going to come out with a headache, king-size watermelon type, because you’re going to find what I’m preaching tonight what the prophet taught. It takes a prophet and the Pillar of Fire vindicated. But they turned It down. See?
There’s now, you can’t have a false prophet unless there’s a real prophet. There’s absolutely no way you can have false prophets unless first there’s a genuine. Now a false one has correct working of gifts, but not the Word.
What is a genuine prophet in a show-down? It’s Elijah in Deuteronomy 18. Now, nobody had what Brother Branham had and they know it. That’s why they’re glad he’s dead.
All right, listen, there’s three references to false prophets and one to teachers. In 2 Timothy 3:8, at the time of Israel’s call to leave Egypt, there were false prophets.
Jude 11 says, “More false prophets are entering into our rest.” In other words, they’re coming right into our camp, they want to act like us, but they’re there with their falsity.
Then over in 2 Peter there’s false prophets and there’s false teachers. Now you can get this for yourselves to cut my time down.
2 Timothy 3:8. Jude 11. 2 Peter 1:19-21 and compare the whole thing with chapter 2:1-16.
It is at this same period that the physical return of Jesus Christ is guaranteed when this ministry imitated is going on.
Now I’ll read It to you.
(19) …when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. [Now, that’s your genuine. There’s going to be false.]
(20) [Even] he shall send Jesus Christ, which before [is appointed] unto you: [Now, He can’t come right then.]
(21) [For] whom the heaven[s] must receive until the times of [restoration] of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
So, God wants to send restoration even before Jesus Christ can come back to this earth. So you see, first of all God Present and nobody knowing It. God revealing Himself through a prophet in signs and wonders so they can know that He is Present.
God bringing His Own revelation of Himself, and the Word of the hour in order to restore the Word and to restore the Bride, so that there can be a Rapture. And at that time, the gates of hell will come against the definitive revelation that He is here now, and “He’s the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”
Now, right away, the today and forever goes back to Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. Hogwash. That’s not Jesus the same yesterday, today and forever. No way, because Jesus, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God and all things were made by Him, and all things are maintained by Him.”
So let’s go back to the Garden of Eden. Let’s go back to the time of Abraham, to the Pillar of Fire to the angelic visiting to a person Who looked like a man. Let’s go back to those times and see how He is today, “the same yesterday, and today, and forever,” because those are the days spoken of.
But the fundamentalist doesn’t want to take you back. Oh no. He doesn’t even want to take you back to the fact that Jesus Christ heals the sick and raises the dead, and has excoriated the Pentecostal’s for too many years until money crept in.
And the Pentecostal big-wig with their millions, and millions of dollars began letting people know, “Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, wouldn’t you love to serve our God who serves us? For money, money, money, money, money.”
And the people said, “Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Oh please let us come in. Oh yes, yes, yes, yes. We love you. We’ll talk in tongues, we’ll do anything for money, money, money, money.”
Don’t tell me, I was a Pentecostal for years. Don’t tell me. You sit here and you try to tell me? You’re telling the wrong guy. I was raised in Pentecostal from eighteen on, till I was about thirty-eight years of age, twenty solid years.
Yeah, I know what I’m talking about. And when I saw that money deal and thing, that’s when I really walked out. Because I said, if that was the case God would have given Peter, James and the Paul and the others a piece of gold twenty miles high and twenty miles wide, but He gave them the Holy Ghost.
“Your money perish with you,” go into perdition. Yes, it’s that time we’re living in. Before He can come back to earth there must be restoration: absolutely the Word.
Over in Joel: It’s a long message, I’m sorry about that, but I ain’t about to cut it down, because I’m going to be gone all September and likely all of October, and likely all of November.
So we’re going to get everything we can tonight and tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning may cut back, but not tonight.
(21) Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. [You know right away that that’s the Millennium. God’s not doing one thing for the land, until He takes it hand. He can’t do one thing until He takes over. That’s the Millennium.]
(22) Be not afraid, [you] beasts of the field: [that’s the Millennium. Because right now we’ve got all control over them.] pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and vine yield their strength.
(23) Be glad then, [you] children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first… [not first month, but in the first. Like the first time.]
(24) …the floors be full of wheat, the vats overflow… [that’s harvest.]
(25) And I will restore the years that the locust [and] cankerworm, caterpillar, palmerworm, [an] army [worm] which [came] among you.
(26) And [you’ll] eat in plenty, be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously: and my people shall never be ashamed.
(27) And [you] shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
And I know everybody wants to give this to the Jews. If that’s the case then you give the Book of Hosea to the Jews and forget you’re going to be changed for a Rapture. Just drop dead.
Because the Book of Hosea is a Book that tells you that under Ephraim that this is when our bodies get changed. So, if this is for the Jews my brother, you just take it to the Jews and drop dead, because you ain’t going no place except to hell.
How many people really realize that God made covenant to Abraham concerning the Gentiles? Tell me, when is that covenant?
“Oh Brother Vayle, maybe it’s one million years after the Millennium the way I believe it, but really I don’t believe it. It’s just really I don’t know what I believe, but I sure pretend I do.” That’s the whole trouble, you pretend you do. That’s going on now my brother, my sister.
Let’s find out if I lied to you. I don’t believe in lying to anybody. Maybe I did, but I hope I didn’t. I know jolly well that I didn’t lie to anybody.
(13) Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, [said he to the Galatians,] being made a curse for us: [yep] for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
(14) That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
And you tell me this Book isn’t to me when It concerns the Resurrection and the Millennium? You don’t know your Bible. You need a renewed mind; back in some Pentecostal ignorant Trinitarian hogwash.
That’s what’s wrong with everybody. Give it to the Jew, then give Jesus to the Jew. Go out and have a ball. I’m a dirty dog and you know it. Let’s just sit here tonight and grin at each other for a while.
I want to ask you a question: We sitting here and we really think we know we really think we believe, but what if we’re wrong? Boy have we missed some good times we could of had. Ha, ha, ha. Uh?
You see where I’m putting everybody tonight? Don’t give me that nonsense this is the Jews; when Jesus died to confirm the Covenant to me and I am no Jew.
My nose may look a little bit like it and I like a bargain, but that’s where it ends. I am not a Jew. I don’t think. I got no way of knowing, but I’m as a cruddy a Gentile ever lived as far as I know.
Now you take this away from me, the day of the hour of the renewal of the earth, I’m going to tell you I have got to be a bastard to civilization. I’m not even human. I’ve become serpent seed.
Because He died for the Gentile and He rose for them. Then don’t try to take this from me, because I expect to go in the Millennium. Whatever has been talking to me and helping me must have sure fooled me. Well I like it that way.
He said, “You’ll know I’m in the midst.”
You say, “Well that word there means ‘Israel’.”
So did ‘Ephraim’ mean ‘Ephraim’ back there at the time that you and I are changed standing here. Read It for yourself. See?
“And my people shall never be ashamed.”
Now, what’s he tell you? He said, “Here at the time of the latter rain is in Zechariah, I am going to send the former rain.”
Now, what is former rain? It’s the same thing over there in as in James. Now who was James talking to? “Well, you say, I believe like Luther, that’s the straw book, who needs it.” So throw the Book of James out. Oh what else shall we throw out?
Let’s lighten the ship. You know how they claimed the Andrea Doria went down? They wanted to make good times so they forgot… they wouldn’t put the water in there as ballast.
So it got on her way and… phtt, she broke in two. So what do you say we get all the ballast out of our ship tonight and got… phtt, break in two. Wouldn’t that be nice?
Give this to the Jews? What else could we give to the Jews? Because you’re giving them the Millennium. You’ve done giving them your change. I don’t think people want to know the Bible. That’s the trouble.
Now listen, he says over here in James 5: I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just trying to keep you awake. Get you to understand. Look, we’re believing something that’s the truth brother/sister. I’m not believing a lie,
I’m believing the Word of God given by a vindicated prophet. And backed up by Scripture, by Scripture, by Scripture. And I’m not trying to twist Scripture, I’m just trying to stay as clean as I can with exactly with what It says.
(07) Be patient unto the [presence] of the Lord…
Now hold it: every fundamentalist meets that Presence in the Rapture, and the coming back to earth, the physical body. So give it to the Jews. “Aw no, that’s for me.”
Well it happens, he’s got former and latter rain, who gets that? “Oh, that’s the Jew.” Oh you see, brother/sister, there’s no way that you can read this Bible just like a pendulum got out of control.
It says here, “That the former and latter rain is necessary to bring on a Resurrection.” And the word ‘former rain’ is ‘moriat’ [?] which is ‘teaching’, a teaching is required. And in Acts 3, a teaching is required is called ‘restoration of the Word’.
I want to ask you: Who is going to do it? Only the One that brought It and He does it by a prophet. Everything gels with what the prophet taught us.
The trouble is my brother, my sister, what happened in the world was that when His Presence became known they turned Him down, and therefore, they could not hear the Word of the Lord, they turned It down also. Fine, I’m going to skip some.
We’re going to go now to the Book of Luke 1:16-17, and I know that this is long, but it’s not that hard that you cannot get it.
(16) And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
(17) [And this one called Elijah, this John,] shall go before [the Lord God] in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, [even] the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
Now look, that is what Malachi called ‘the turning of the hearts of the children to the fathers’, and at the end time ‘the children must be turned back to the fathers, so therefore, what was given to the fathers must be ours at this moment. Because we’re turned back to It.
Now, what is turned back to? “Even the disobedient to the wisdom of the just.” That word ‘disobedient’ is not a willful disregard and a willful turning on a command, it means ‘ignorance’. It means ‘ignorance’, the Kingdom is here and you don’t know it.
He’s standing here and you don’t know it. “I’m going to point him out,” said John, so you do know it. Then when you do know it comes preparation for the Elect. You see what the prophet’s Message does? Like John the Baptist stood there, so the same thing in this hour is occurring to us.
The Church my beloved sister and brother is getting revived, for the call has gone forth in Revelation 18:4, “Come out of her.” And in Revelation 3:20, “Come and sup with me.” And the word ‘sup’ I’ve showed you is the main meal which is the evening meal. “Come out at evening time and feed on the Body of the Living Word.”
Now, this is exactly Matthew 25:1-13, the virgin’s called out to meet Him. See? This is exactly again, Malachi 4:1-6. See? To come and see Him, to behold Him. It is a gathering time of 2 Thessalonians 2:1 as Brother Branham said, “Our gathering together is by the Message.”
It is separating time as It says in Matthew 24:40-41. “Two are in the field, one taken, one left. Two are grinding, one taken, one left.” That’s not the Rapture.
The Rapture is: “Two in the field, one taken, one left. Two in the bed, one taken, one left.” You see, in one place there’s daylight it’s on the same scale. But on the other side it’s daylight on one side of the earth, it’s dark on the other. That’s the Rapture. But it’s separating time that’s going on with this Message.
It is the gathering to the Word as in 2 Thessalonians 2:13, when Paul said, “Beloved we know different things for you because you took the Word of God which they that left the Word of God have now gone to the camp of the antichrist.” See?
It is the rejection also of the Presence of the Spirit as they turn on the Word for that’s the very end-time; that’s going on in the church.
Now then we saw this Parousia, or Presence in Ephesians 1:15-23. Now up to this point I made a complete going over as much as I could in the time we’ve got allotted to us of the mechanics of the very Presence of Almighty God showing you these things by Scripture.
Now, I want to show you according to the Word of God that which is going to come out of this Scripture; the Scriptural Appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ. And remember, those people who believe in the Rapture and the Presence as the Rapture, call that ‘the Appearing’.
But that is not true. The Appearing is right down here now, as He appears to begin in signs and wonders and then in His Own manifestation as through the Word of Almighty God. You know, I preached a lot on that, I would have to take fifteen hours tonight to cover it. I’m not kidding you, It’ll run fifteen hours easily, and it is just no time.
Listen, here is what Paul says in…
(15) Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus [Christ, you that are full of the Holy Ghost], love unto all the saints,
(16) Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
(17) That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Now listen, No man has seen God at anytime. The Only begotten Who is in the bosom of the Father, He is the Only One that can tell you about Him. Is that right? Then Who is going to come down here and do it? The Logos.
The Logos must appear at some time in the Church. When will that time be? At the Resurrection. Because It says, “When He appears and He gives His revelation, at that time God will raise the dead;” the Logos will raise the dead. Now there’s your picture.
Now, Brother Branham’s statement of this in ‘Daniel’s Seventieth Week’ was the one I’ve read to you many, many times and he said:
The Seventieth Week of Daniel 08-06-61
 The Spirit of wisdom comes into the church to make known to the church by the revelation of the Holy Spirit, [Now notice, he’s very explicit, not redundant, not foolish, explicit.] bringing the church in [that’s what It does. “Come out of her my people.” The Message is gathering Her,] revealing what day that we’re living in. Just the same as Gabriel come to Daniel, the Holy Spirit comes to the church in the last days to reveal these great, deep, secret things (of God.)
Now, it is uniting time in the Spirit. The Bride is becoming the Word in Her flesh, that She may meet Him who is the Word in His flesh, because you have to marry light. If you don’t marry light you bring forth hybrid.
The Spirit of God must absolutely come to those who are becoming the Word in their flesh, and thereby will bring forth the Son.
The Son cannot come down into that sphere, that atmosphere until this Bride here is perfect union of Word with Him, and the dead come out of the grave and they’re changed, then they’re caught up.
There will be no Marriage Supper, no way. There’s got to be a union of the Spirit which is going on.
Now, Eve came out of Adam and she was just what Adam was, so therefore we must be the same. And when that time of Message and union is over, then there is the Resurrection, then is the Rapture.
All right, we’ll go on. We know positively every sign is in. It is time for the end. We have seen our last sign, because the sign of this age either in or out of the church only for one thing, that is to indicate and vindicate. Now the sign has been in the church and is out of the church now.
You say, “What sign is out of the church?”
When you see a man of the stature of William Branham rise up and he comes with those sign and wonders that set people on fire, and that begins to establish ministries of gifts, but he stays with the Word.
Now, let me go to the Book of Psalms 68:18 and I’ll give you the picture of exactly of what I’ve got in mind here, so you’ll know what I’m saying. All right.
(18) Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; [that’s in Ephesians 4, that leads you to the Rapture. But notice:] for the [rebellion] also, [gifts] that the LORD God might dwell among them.
In other words, proving the dwelling of God right today is this mighty sign and wonder ministry amongst those who repudiate the Word. So the sign is in the Church and out of the church, it’s all over the world showing you that this is that hour when we live.
Now, a Messenger has been here. The Messenger of the covenant Himself has been amongst the people bringing His Own Message by His Own accepted channel which of course is by Malachi 4:1-6 and Revelation 10:1-7. What is this Message then all about?
One: He is here to turn the hearts back to the original faith. Luke 1:17, Ephesians 1:18. He is here so that you can know Him and be satisfied He is here, so you can rest and stop looking.
Now that’s in 2 Thessalonians 1:7, which I’m going to preach a whole message on when I get time in one of my off nights on a Wednesday night, because I’m booked too heavy now the rest of this week, this month. It says:
(07) …you who are troubled rest with us, [go to a state of relaxation] when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty [messengers],
That happened in 1963 of March 19 to 24, when He, God Himself was revealed by the seven theophonies which is the Holy Spirit in seven distinct creature forms coming into the room giving this Message which we heard.
Now, there is a rest that entered. That rest of course also brought to our attention in the Book of Isaiah 28:3-23.
(03) The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under [foot]:
Now remember, when the same Ephraim that’s in Hosea has joined to the idols at the time when the Resurrection takes place, and the Bride on earth is changed.
Now, my sermon on that is, ‘The Time of the Resurrection’, preached in 1980. And you should get it, because it explains exactly why people are going to miss the Resurrection. I take time to show you.
(04) …the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up.
(05) In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, [Now It tells you right there, that God is going to be with His people, and He’s going to be their head.]
(06) And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
Now, what is the battle today of which the gates of hell are against? His Presence. God will guarantee His Presence once It’s established here.
Now once you’ve recognized His Presence and you begin to understand what this Message is about, what this Presence is doing for you, the gates of hell will not prevail. Now I’m not saying that you won’t have trouble.
I’m not saying there won’t be problems. I’m just telling you when you get to this place it’s going to be over.
(07) But they [have] also have erred through wine, [you know that’s inspiration] and through strong drink are [gone] out of the way; [so therefore, that inspiration is the wrong inspiration. In other words, it’s the creeds and the dogmas that men hammer and demand by organization. You see?] …they are swallowed up of wine, out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
(08) For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.
(09) Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
Now, this goes to Hebrews 5 where he said it was time that you were elders and old enough to be teachers and you’ve got to be taught again. And that’s the time of Melchisedec’s visitation. The revelation of Melchisedec.
And remember, Melchisedec was king of righteousness and king of peace in a theophonic form. And that One became Jesus in flesh. And when Jesus went back to assume the full priesthood in body there, that One came down here at the end. That’s the Logos.
All right. Now listen, full of vomit.
(09) Whom shall he teach knowledge? [Who? The Logos.] whom shall [I] make to understand doctrine? [that’s good, only those that have grown up.]…
Now, what age is this? Pentecostal baby-hood. You can’t teach them doctrine. No way, shape, and form. Now watch;
(10) For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little:
(11) For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
(12) To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith [you] may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. [Now, what would they not hear that was the rest? The Word. Okay.]
(13) But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; [in order] that they might go, and fall backward and be broken and snared and taken.
Now listen: that Word came to bring a rest. Don’t tell me that somebody is not going to get the rest, and those that miss it are going to fall backward and be taken.
(14) Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
(15) Because [you] said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
(16) Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
(17) Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
(18) And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
Now that’s the Great Tribulation, there’s no way you’re going to miss it. That’s about as far as we’re going to go at this point.
All right, let’s go to verse 10.
(10) For precept must be upon precept, [now this if for end-time where they are adults according to Hebrews, you can’t get this before end-time.] For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line… [The word ‘precept’ is in order, an admonition and it comes from sending a Messenger to put in order.]
All right. God’s Own Messenger has always been Himself the Messenger of the Covenant. Now let’s just stop a second and keep you finger here we’re going to go to Malachi 3: that’s the last Book now there in the Old Testament.
(01) Behold, I will send my messenger, [before you] and he shall prepare the way before me: [Now, that’s all that John the Baptist fulfilled. You can’t find one more place or you got to guess. Now when It says,] and the LORD, whom [you] seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom [you] delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
(02) But who may abide the day of his coming?… [Now, that has not taken place. It did not take place at that time, it was yet to take place.]
Now, It says right here, John the Baptist, the Covenant Messenger, Jesus was forerun by the messenger John the Baptist. But the Covenant Messenger is going to suddenly come to His temple, the One that we’re supposed to delight in, we call Him Jesus, pretend we understand all about Him:
(02) But who may abide the day of his coming? who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
Now, that’s when, “The fan is in His hand and He’s going to thoroughly purge His floor.”
Now, He’s coming at an end-time wherein it is promised that there is going to be destruction. But watch what It says.
(01) …the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom [you] delight in: behold, he [cometh], saith the LORD of hosts.
Now, that’s exactly what It says in Malachi. “I’m going to come and destroy; I’m going to come and I’m not going to destroy.”
Now the point is: at the day of His coming, who is going to withstand? Who is going to stand? I’ll tell you who is going to stand. “Those that fear Him and call upon His Name, He’s going to rise with healing in His wings and the rest He’s going to destroy.”
Now, you’ve got two distinct comings in here. One is a messenger, human. One as God Himself with His prophet Elijah. Because It says, “Behold, I send you Elijah the prophet at that particular hour.”
Now, in the Greek where It says, “The Lord Himself shall descend with a Shout,” that word is a military command.
Now Who is descending, Who is the Messenger of the Covenant, Who is bringing the command? Because that’s what It says here. Come from sending a Messenger to put in order.
Now, with that positively I showed you over here in 1 Corinthians 15. Now this should be helping you to get sense of what I’ve been preaching for two years here now. And It says,
(23) …[When] Christ the first-fruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. [Appearing.]
(24) Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
(25) For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
(26) The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
(27) For he hath put all things under his feet. [That’s the …?…] But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is [left out], which did put all things under him.
And you know that I teach that as God bringing a divine order into the Church at this time. It is not simply William Branham saying, “Women don’t cut your hair. Don’t wear slacks. Don’t do this, don’t do that.”
Look, women could do that, it wouldn’t mean one thing. It wouldn’t mean one thing if they’d escape some damnation, they’d get off a little easier. Men also doing a few things, that would be fine. But that’s not what the Bible teaches.
The Bible teaches that His Presence, He is going to do things that nobody else can do, because He alone can do them. As He is going to raise the dead, as He is going to change up.
He is going to start bringing everything into a divine flow where everything is in symmetry and in balance under Christ. Where everything is in harmony with Him, we in harmony with Him and with each other. Remember, I preached the vertical going into the horizontal.
All of these things I’ve tried to get across to you. Why I’d like to sit down and talk with the men and answers questions and pour them out. Why? One reason, I know what’s in this Word and what’s happening.
See, I haven’t had a chance to preach on it yet. You see? You don’t understand, I don’t expect you to do. It’s not that you never will understand. I know this one thing, somebody somewhere has got to understand and know what we’re saying.
The same as I believe with all my heart and understand and know what the prophet said, “God in the midst of His people.” That life emanating, we branches, putting forth a Pentecostal branch.
A living branch putting forth a branch at the end-time. See? That will walk into eternal life. That’s what I’m looking at here. See?
And that’s why when It says here in order, and admonition, these precepts come from sending a messenger to put in order, and He came with that Word to bring us into the divine harmony so that when Brother Branham preached, although I will say this about it, you can literally see Christ in that man. That was wonderful.
He was so gifted and had so many things in his life, but I’m telling you, that’s not it. There was something a million times beyond that; and that was that He was here. See, you knew that He was here. See?
I haven’t got those gifts, I’ve got another gift. My gift is to take the Word and weave It back and forth by Scripture.
And if you listen It’ll begin to do something inside of you. If you want to turn It aside that’s fine, I can’t help you. But where would you go? Where would you go? Go where you might. I’m still standing here as a man with that ‘flame of fire’ that’s anointed with the testimony to Jesus Christ.
You do what you want with it, but I’ve never presented Lee Vayle, never will. But I’ve presented Him, and I’m trying to get you to see this Life is in Him Who is here tonight. And that messenger came with that Word and that Word had the Life of God in him.
He that receives that Word has the Life of God released within him, and it’s precept upon precept. And he preached and he preached, and he preached and he held their noses and forced the medicine down, phtt, right back in his face.
You see what I’ve been trying to say for two years here? It’s been hard to do, but I hope you see for two years now I’ve been trying to show you that God led me one place that’s to the Word. I don’t care about signs in the heavens and earth.
Signs in the earth, or signs in your church. I’m not interested. It’s this Word that has a Life.
See, the precept he brought it, doctrine, doctrine, doctrine. I kept telling people, “You can’t go by quotes, you’ve got to know the doctrine.” If you don’t know the doctrine you’ll destroy yourself every single time.
I’m seeing it done, but I can’t help it. That’s not my business, that’s theirs. Putting it in order, see. Now remember, that is the military Shout.
Now watch, the word ‘subjection’ also has to do with the military. So therefore you have someone here who had within the Word that he brought, the Life that would be pervasive and permeate as the Life in my head.
I’ve preached It here, and I tried to show you. And say, “Look, that’s what’s been wrong I’m going to lay It on the table whether you like It or not.”
That’s why I can’t get along with certain preachers. They get jealous, they get upset. My foot never says to my hand, “I’ve got no need of you, get out of my way.”
I’ve tried to be with my brothers and reciprocate and fashion every way I could. So the divine flow from this way would go that way. I’m cleaning my skirts here, because I may never preach again and I care less.
I’m letting it all out, you do what you want. Because whether you like it or not the cat’s out of the bag. But I care less, Gene you keep any cat in your bag you want, the same as all of you. We lay it all on the table. It’s got to come from the vertical to the horizontal.
He came down from the vertical to come into the horizontal. And you’re not looking at a paragon of virtue, don’t ever think that for one minute. But you’re looking at a man who a little while ago was only too glad to blow his brains out. Hope to God for annihilation, that would be good enough for me.
Tonight I believe as I’ve never believed before. I am a part of that revelation. I don’t have any fear anymore. And I don’t have that guilt anymore.
Something said in like a hand that turned one down, was so simple, I suddenly said one day, “If I have to have any peace, I’m going to have to take my stand with that Word.” And I took my stand, not knowing within hours there’d be that change.
And yet I preached this …?… before it ever took place, when Brother Branham said, “I must consecrate myself to those angels.”
Brother Branham did not say, “Look, I’ll be here in such glory waving back and forth. Being so good with every thought, not even tasting food but just standing.”
Those angels will come, “Hogwash!” They were coming anyway.
Or he could of said, “I’ll be worse than David. Four hundred and ninety nine wives. One good wife, I believe I’ll have a harlot every night and a different one every night, and I’ll keep the angels from coming.”
They’d of come anyway, but God would have ripped the hide off him the first night don’t worry. He wouldn’t of had five more the next five nights.
Let me get this, and listen very carefully because I’m telling you the truth. Consecration is you sitting …?… there with Mary. She said, “Lord, I don’t even have a man.”
He said, “I’ll be your man.” He said, “The Holy Ghost will come upon you.”
Consecration is: “Be it unto me according to Thy Word. God You said It, I believe it.”
And William Branham stood there and he said, “I must consecrate myself. I got to stand here, [he said, God those angels are coming. Let them come to me Lord.”
I’m only talking to you in a half-baked ten percent way the prophet could, if even that’s even flattering myself I should see. that much, but let me tell you something: I know something has happened, and is happening.
I don’t expect to walk in a mountain top and be whirling around like a whirling-dervish with glory. But this one thing I do know, I know what I’m talking about tonight, that my revelation right or wrong has come back upon me.
And I see Him standing here with eyes, not of human flesh, but that which is inspired by revelation in that very minute to what I would like it to be.
But I keep hammering: He is here because It says that He is here. And He is doing it, because It says that He is doing it. It has been done brother/sister.
Listen, He tells us here. Now, he said here this is all part of that military Shout, it’s all part of the command. It’s all part of everything the whole thing, and a line for a cord. It says, “Line upon line.” It’s a cord. It’s a measuring rule.
“Why, (he said,) this Word here is what you measure with.” Merciful heaven, how can I measure against the Word of God? There’s no way I can do it. I can only believe It. That’s your measuring rod. Do you believe it tonight? A lot of people don’t want to go all the way.
Brother Branham said, “Men preach this Message because of a conscience.” I don’t want to be that kind of a preacher. “Why, (he said,) men are out and turn a nation with this Message.” Doesn’t mean a thing. Is it your line? Is It that measuring device? Is it in other words, is it that Brother Branham said, “Look, what church is he going to use as a measuring rod?”
Why the Bible said, “He’s going to judge us in that day by one Christ Jesus.” Who is He? He’s the Word. So therefore, what is my measuring line? My measuring line is that Word. In other words, what does the Word say? See, what does It say?
Well, It says right here, “It’s after precept upon precept, when the precept’s laid in.”
I go back as I’ve been teaching all these years, look, it’s not the quote, it’s the doctrine. What’s the doctrine? And once you know the doctrine brother/sister let me tell you God’s going to bring that to life.
Now he said, “After that line is there, that measuring, he said, here a little, there a little.” What does little mean? It just means ‘little’. Just means God fills in the small spots. The small parts. See?
Now listen, word lips. Now he says, “stammering,” this is the one that’s really tough. See stammering lips He’s going to talk to at this end time bringing this rest. What does the word ‘stammering’ mean?
Well Brother Branham made an illustration, but it was only an illustration concerning what stammering is, concerning what’s in Pentateuch. [first five Books of the Old Testament] If he’d of gone to the Greek he would have found stammering came from the word ‘deride’, or having in derision which means ‘to mock’.
So at the last day when God’s His Own Messenger comes on down here it’s going to be a spirit of derision. Okay? Let’s see if I’m right. Very seldom wrong. Could be wrong on this one, because I try hard to be right. Let’s read.
(01) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
(02) The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
(03) Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
(04) He that [sits] in the heavens shall laugh: [and] the LORD shall have them in derision.
“Millions now living are never going to die.”
“Don’t tell me I don’t have the Holy Ghost, I speak in tongues. Ha, what’s this junk about believing a prophet? Who need Elijah? Ha, I got the Holy Ghost. Well come on.
Don’t tell me a woman can’t cut her hair, wear slacks. What’s that got to do with it anyway? I know women, bless God, they got seven garments on and they’re as rotten as a prostitute and they’ve got long hair and they’ve got a tongue that licks the jam off of a door knob.” God has them in derision.
(05) Then shall he speak unto them [listen] in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
When’s He going to do it? Great Tribulation. When is he in derision? Now! God in derision that He sends the Word, and the people say, “Well, we’ve always believed the Bible.” Yeah.
This fellow from India, came over here, (Laurie(?) he was a nice guy the first time he came, tipped his hand. “Why, he said, you see Brother Vayle you Americans needed the Bible, but in India we always had It.”
I heard him preach. He used maybe four Scripture in one sermon. I use as many as two hundred. Who needs the Bible? Sure not me. According to him, he needed It, not me. I’ve never seen him ever use twenty Scriptures.
How many have I read tonight, just threw a lot to one side? Do you want to count them? Maybe a couple hundred. No, not unusual for one sermon to have two hundred and some Scriptures in. Not to be funny, or redundant, just to lay it out.
Now listen, when is he going to do it? When He vexes then in wrath. Wrath is Great Tribulation.
(06) Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
(07) I will [decree] the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
(08) Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
Now, when did He get the uttermost parts of the earth? When has He got them?
“Oh, you say, well Brother Vayle what it is, they’re going out to bring the heathen in to Jesus.”
Now I got news for you. He hasn’t got them. They’re in the ground, they’re in a sixth dimension. He gets them in a Resurrection and at the Wedding Supper, and in the Millennium. He hasn’t got them yet. Now listen:
(09) Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; [that’s Armageddon,] thou shalt [break] them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
(10) Be wise now therefore, O kings: be instructed, [you] judges of the earth.
(11) Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
(12) Kiss the Son, [make up with Him. He’s here to be kissed. God is here to be loved. He’s here to be adored. See?] lest… ye perish from the way, [and] his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
It’s right now that it’s in derision. You… listen brother/sister, let’s get the Bible straight, I’m not quoting you from some little book by Horatio Alger, or Agatha Christie, or Earl Stanley Gardner. See, I’m quoting you the Bible.
“And this stammering lips and another tongue…” is a time of derision.
“The foolishness of preaching…”
Now listen, it wasn’t half foolish for God to send Paul and preachers to a bunch of heathens that didn’t hear the Word. But it was pretty stupid of God to send John the Baptist to turn the hearts of a bunch of people around who knew they were already turned and were in God’s wrath, as the prophet said.
Now if this had been the true Messiah, He’d of come from the Grace of glory, and He’d of said, “Oh great Caiaphas here I am, hallelujah, what would You have me to do?”
You get the picture? You get the picture? “Who needs William Branham? Who needs Elijah? Who needs anything?”
“Why come Lord Jesus, hallelujah, we’re on our way up.”
There’s your derision. There’s your derision. God sending the Word. If you’ve ever read 2 Thessalonians before, read It now since you’ve heard me preach on this.
Read It now, and you’ll find He said, “The reason they were the wrath to the antichrist is because they turned down the Word.” What Word do they turn down? What word? I’ll tell you the word of every creed and denomination, every organization. That’s what they’ve turned down, now He’s got them in derision.
Do you realize the Bible said, “For this cause God will send them strong delusion they believe a lie?”
I want to ask you a question: Who sent the delusion, God or the devil? Oh be nice and blame it on the devil, God likes that. Oh, He likes being called the devil? You see how you get fooled so quickly, you fool with the Word of God? His Bible says, “God sent strong delusion.”
Now listen, how can God send strong delusion and be just? It’s very simple. All He’s got to do is send the truth, and nobody believes it. “Well,” you say, “how can that be?”
Haven’t you read it through sons called Cain and Abel? Fifty percent believed and fifty percent didn’t. And fifty percent got a lot of wives who didn’t believe with a lot of kids who didn’t believe. Who got the whole human race up and so they didn’t believe. So how many are going to believe?
So all God’s got to do is tell the truth. And everybody says, “Ha,” and walk off. Now if God tell a lie they’d say, “Oh,” they’d all walk in. So God tells the truth, what happens? They believe a lie. Right? That’s simple as ABC. You follow me? Nothing to it.
All right listen, Psalm 59, you still love me? It doesn’t really Matthew. But I hope you do. I love you too, you know how it is. I know it’s been rough at times, that’s alright.
I’ve got to let you know brother/sister what’s it’s all about. See? Because it’s too late in the day. It’s too late in the day, we’ve haven’t got time to fool anymore, and you’re not talking to a paragon of virtue.
So if anybody thinks that Lee Vayle is a nice guy and this and that, you’re right. But you’re wrong. It’s not in the shell anymore. It’s not in the shell. I can be vehement in everything else, but it’s not in the shell anymore, it’s all down inside what’s happened.
And I know the revelation has come back what I gave to God. Not in its entirety, but enough to satisfy me as I’ve never been satisfied in years and years, and to know what I’ve preached is a hundred percent correct in my instant.
And it’s going to be a hundred percent correct in every Elect instant, and it’s going to be the same correct in every un-elect, because they are their revelation. When you are a part of the revelation, you are a part of Christ.
That’s exactly why you know you’re born again, because you believe this Message which nobody else believes. They don’t want It.
What I’ve preached tonight there’s nobody what the fundamental mind will take, and yet I have preached what the fundamental preach, and I’ve done my best to show why I cannot accept it.
Okay, Psalm 59:8. Well we’re getting along just real good.
(08) But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.
(09) Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence. [Every place you turn.]
Listen, let me show you something: That was said right over here in,
(23) [So they] let [them] go, they went to their own company, reported the priests and [so on.]
(24) And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and sea, and them [that] is:
(25) Who by the mouth of thy servant David said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
(26) The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.
(27) For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
(28) For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.
(29) And now, Lord, behold their threatenings… [they stop. They don’t go on. Why? They couldn’t. That’s for our day. That’s for our day.]
You say, “Brother Vayle they’re not threatening.”
Stick around the squeeze will come down. Stick around. I can’t find, I’m sorry, but I can’t find one place concerning Resurrection. I can’t find one place concerning manifestation in sons of God. I can’t find one place concerning restoration where there isn’t a squeeze.
You say, “Well, how do you feel about that?”
I’m waiting. I’m waiting. He took me this far, He can take me the rest of the way.
You say, “Don’t you believe you’re going to get hit pretty hard down the road?”
I’ve got absolutely no doubts about that.
“How are you going to hold up?”
Only if He holds me up.
Now It says, “Lips.” Lips mean ‘border’ with the idea of termination. “With stammering lips.” No more time, this ends it.
Once more He speaks from heaven in Hebrews 12, and that takes care of it. And another tongue. What’s the word tongue? Instrument of licking, eating, speech. Figuratively, ‘a fork of fire’. What came down the last time? Fork of fire.
What did Brother Branham have for us? Tongue. They didn’t want tongues. They wanted hand. And the hand came out and fooled the whole bunch.
And he said, “Notice this hand, see those white spots? That’s cancer. See those spots there? That’s tuberculosis.”
But you know, I knew right away it was phony. But the sign wasn’t phony. It fooled people. It was meant to fool people, because every time he’d say, “Yes, you see cancer of the liver.”
And I’d say, “Now hold it, the hand didn’t show where it was. The Voice told him where it was. So who needed the hand?” And that is right on a tape, he told you. The same as he told me.
He said, “Lee, you see, that was to fool the people.”
They run everywhere with signs. They run everywhere with this and that. But you see, it was the lips and the tongue. The prophet came with the anointed Word, and that was the rest.
All right. Number three:…
Number one: Turn the hearts of the fathers.
Number two: He is here with rest, relaxation under the Seventh Seal. (He said that.)
Number three: He has declared Himself so we will not be deceived. (There’s no way.)
Remember, Brother Branham said, “If I let the devil know what I’m going to say, he hears it and he goes ahead and does it. Why, (he said,) this thing (he said,) there’d be no way he can know.”
And then he turned around and was in that room with the Pillar of Fire seven times. Seven theophonic Messengers, the same Holy Ghost in seven different forms coming to give the Word. And that night nobody knew what he would say. Stood right there and preached. Went right on tape. Now you try to change It. No way. No way can we be deceived.
Number four: He has placed Himself available, so we can come to Him and sup with Him.
“I stand at the door, if any man come and eat.” I showed you that’s the main meal, supping, eating.
Number five: He has come back to receive us unto Himself.
“That where He is, there we may be also.”
Number six: When we truly are one as He said we would be, He will raise the dead altogether. We’ll come back and inherit the earth as the Garden of Eden. That is why He is here, and to believe it all is all that really matters.
But I’ve explained it all. I’ve tried to help, that’s my job to weave the Scripture back and forth, to try to show you all I can. But whatsoever comes to me I withhold nothing back from you. Not one thing. I’d be smart to know to shut my mouth in a lot of things, but I just open it wide. Anything comes, I just tell you, try to help you.
Now in closing I want to just make this point: In reading Ephesians 1:15-23, is there any one thing He asks us to do? Is it not that He does It all? Therefore it is not fruit, or character, or gifts, or a closer walk, or even obedience.
Now that’s one quote I didn’t know. Brother Paulberg brought that to my attention. He said, “It’s not even obedience.”
Then what is it? It’s faith, it’s believing him. Of course, comes a quick rebuttal perhaps, it is not exactly useless, but one might ask, must I not then not believe it? True. You must believe it. But I answer you back: Those who were ordained believed. It’s a matter of being ordained.
All right, it’s a lot of material we covered. But I want you to know this one thing. You’ve been taught like me for many, many years erroneously, that that word ‘parousia’ means ‘presence’, that it means ‘appearing’ with the word the ‘phaneroo’; that it could only come when Jesus is there in the flesh somewhere above us and we’re caught up to meet Him. That’s only part of it.
The greatest scholar I believe that ever lived and spoke on this subject before It begin to break at any time was Dr. Rotherham. And he said, “This word must never be translated any other way than ‘presence’.”
And he said from what he could see, it was in the future, and nobody could understand It until the hour in which It came to pass. And that’s exactly what Brother Branham said. And that’s exactly what I read in Scripture.
For they shall say, “What about it? What about Your Presence? What about Your Kingdom?”
“Well, it doesn’t come with observation.”
“What do you mean, It’s not going to come?”
He said, “I didn’t say that, I said, It’s going to come but you won’t know It.”
So therefore, don’t scramble around, and don’t try to figure it.
Now listen, if you’re not supposed to scramble around and try to figure that one, I want to ask you a question: How are you ever going to know?
“Well, Brother Vayle, really that’s a good thought and I think I have the answer, for you see, I am full of the Holy Ghost. Therefore, the Holy Ghost is my teacher and therefore, He will teach me.”
Now, I say, “That’s wonderful, now I’d like you to prove it.”
Because, I’ve got fifteen thousand, if not fifteen million, who’s got fifteen million different ideas from you. Now have they got the Holy Ghost?
Now the Bible distinctly says, “If He is in the secret chamber don’t believe it.” That means where three or four people get together and decide.”
“Well, you say, my archbishop and my good buddy, the great theologian and my other good buddy the great grammarian and the interpreter, they got together four of them, and they said, ‘This is it.'”
I’ve got news for you, they’re liars, they missed it. Because the Bible said so.
Well, I want to ask you a question. Now let’s get right down to the nitty-gritty. If It’s here and amongst us and we don’t know It, and we’re supposed to know It; I want to ask you a question: Is there anything in the Bible that would give you an idea as to precedence as how It was known?
Now, I know your minds are going to go right back to what Brother Branham said, but I’ve got you in a trap here. Because if he hadn’t said it, we would still be guessing. We would still be guessing. You know why? Because God has an ordained way.
And when Brother Branham preached that sermon, Doing God a Service Apart from His Will, he preached one of the master pieces of all ages.
In my own interpretation of what he said is simply this: You cannot serve God in that Word outside the framework of that Word. Or as Brother Branham described it, “There is no way that that Word can be effective in your life no matter how you try to perform It, unless It’s performed according to the rules that God laid down.”
Now, you see what we’re up against? And this is why when I preached the Parousia, and I preached the Presence, and I preached what I preached, I preach it, because the prophet said, “The major problem today in the fundamental church is: they have got the Appearing mixed up with the Coming.” And he placed the literal Appearing as of this moment as I am preaching It.
And I haven’t read you the quotes. Look, I’ve got these quotes and a whole lot more. And if you think I’ve said one thing tonight about what’s happening to me personally, I want you all to go home and read carefully The Unveiling of the Mighty God, which I’ll bring you quotes from.
And you are going to see that as I stand here or any man, I don’t care who he is, Lee Vayle, Joe Bush, or you name it, or somebody in this congregation that God could raise up speaking this Word under the correct anointing with the understanding has got to produce in you a living way that’s going to put you in that Resurrection, because that’s what the Word of God said.
Now, I know some say, “Now look, I’ll tell you Brother Vayle, I’m going to get It for myself.”
You go be my guest. I have nothing I can say to you, or do for you, because anything and everything I have, I owe to the principle of a prophet sent from God to bring this Message.
If I had not taken what he said and the steps that he said in the simplicity which I have declared you and showed you what consecration is, I would be still so confused and so broken down and so utterly despondent.
You say, “Brother Vayle, then how can you preach the way you’ve done all these years here?” Because I stood with the Word, that’s why!
Now listen, I may get you to understand flat, the Bible says that God gave promise to Joseph, and It said, “The Word of the Lord tried him, until the Word came to him.”
I have never been tried in my life as I have been under this Message from what Brother Branham said, until my mind was ready to explode. My wife will tell you I would talk to her day after day, and I would even tell some of you folk, “If I could just be annihilated.”
Then one day the Word came. And you know what? I’m going to make it. You see, I’m going to make it. You do what you want. I have got my faith, I am going there. You say, “How? You’re going to be a nice guy.”
I am not going to be a nice guy. I’m no way to be a nice guy. It’s not in the cards. When I preach under inspiration how “He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.” You never caught it, I preached it twice. Abraham changed to a young man. His wife changed to a young woman.
They went right down into Egypt, and the Scripture said, “They made the man to sin.”
And God said, “Touch not my anointed. Do my prophets no harm.”
“I’ll tell you what young man, what you give that woman back, and you just literally kneel at his feet for a blessing, or I’ll blot the whole bunch out.”
“He’s the same yesterday, [today and forever.”]
