Seed Of Discrepancy #17
Standing With God's Interpretation; "Discrepancy Is W-O-R-D!"#2595
…Father, we know that You are here, and yet it is like in the time of Job when he said, “I look forward, I cannot see Him: I look backward, I look around and I cannot see Him. Is He trying to destroy me? No. Rather He’s putting strength within me.”
And that was at that very time that Job said, “I know my Redeemer liveth and we’ll be standing on the earth together. And I know, though skin-worms destroy this body of mine, yet in flesh I shall see God.”
And we are in the very same position where people are wondering concerning Your Presence: “Where’s the promise of the Presence? What is God doing? Is He really here? What is going on?”
But Lord, we know this is that hour when corruption is going to be turned to incorruption, mortality to immortality.
And though… we’ve been warned by the prophet not to look back, not to look forward, not to look around, but to look now. And Lord, we see Thee in Your Word; we see Your great promise fulfilled, and we see the dead coming forth soon out of the graves; we see the change from mortality to immortality.
We are satisfied that everything is exactly right, for Thou art God, and we give Thee glory for Thy sovereignty, and we praise Thee because You are sovereign, and we are under Your hand Lord; the sovereign hand of God and all is well.
And all not only is well but will come forth in the complete manifestation of that truth. Help us in our studies this morning. We give You glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
You may be seated.
Now, we’re continuing along here in the Seed of Discrepancy, that of course, is an actual mystery that is set forth by Jesus to the multitude and to the disciples, which goes back all the way at the beginning of history where the question comes up: What in the world could have happened?
What is this all about anyway that God would bring forth fresh from His hand, Adam and Eve, to bring forth a race that would be in total power… have total supervision over the world? And the first thing we see are two boys born twins.
And one is a murderer and the other is just a fine person that followed the Word of the Lord.
That Brother Branham calls that, “The discrepancy,” which started back with Satan lying to Eve, where she was completely a hundred percent seduced, became pregnant by the… beast, which was so close to a human being that could not only unite but actually bring forth the qualities of each one which are very, very high.
So that the resultant product would be able to multiply and flourish and be very, very brilliant, so that the actual ability of man to… given by God to His own children that they would have precedence over all the earth, dwelt within them.
God never said. “Well, I’m going to take that away.” He threw a lot of stumbling blocks in their way. And He never took away the smartness of the beast.
So today you have all through ages, you have the very, very clever individual that simply is partly of the human race and partly of the beast race to the extent that Noah was the last true human being and even before his time, as Brother Branham said, “They could shoot the moon, and they made the atomic bomb and that’s what brought on the destruction.”
So, you look at all of these things and you say: Well now, here’s a promise of God given to Adam and Eve and their offspring, and be fruitful and multiply, replenish the earth, and take dominion over it.
Over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, and you’ll be co-rulers, equal together and literally ruling from the Kingdom of God, which was the Garden of Eden.
And you see the present condition six thousand years later, which there’s just simply not a vestige of what was back there in the Garden. Well, what was it? Brother Branham calls it the seed of discrepancy, the changing of God’s Word.
And in the changing of God’s Word, then everything that pertained to that Word then became changed.
Now this is where people have a real problem. They always want to throw back on God and say: “If God’s God, why doesn’t He do so and so?”
Well, the point is, God does do so and so, but He always does it according to His Word, within the framework of the Word. Now, I use that many, many times.
And I suppose people simply don’t understand what I’m saying, although it’s very, very simple. In other words, if you are going to have an understanding of the Word of God, there is no place you can turn to but to the Word of God for a revelation.
You can’t step outside of it and say, “Well now, I’m going to figure this thing out, or we’ll get together… and we’ll figure this thing out, and we’ll see what really the truth is.”
This is what makes me laugh about these fat-headed, stupid idiots that are Trinitarians, and I am not going to sit up here this morning and say that I’m a very bad boy to say it.
I can say things a whole lot worse, because they gall me; gall me to no end, because they are so stupid. And every time you rise up like a man like Brother Branham they say, “Well, he doesn’t understand the trinity.”
Even the Trinitarians don’t understand the trinity. How can one boy have two fathers? They can’t even read the Bible. “One mediator between God and man, the man, Christ Jesus.”
They read it, “The God, Christ Jesus.” How can you have any faith in their nonsense? See, they simply can’t stay within the Word.
The Roman Catholics have tipped their hands and said, “You Protestants are all Catholics. We invented the baptism in Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. We invented the trinity. You’re all Catholics.”
And the Protestants say, “Oh no, that can’t be so, because I believe in being born again.” Born of hell. Why do you think the Bible talks about being twice dead? Because they’ve been born twice.
And born of death the first time, and born of death the second time. Twice dead, plucked up by the roots, which is coming.
See, they don’t understand this seed of discrepancy. It all started back there in the changing of the Word. And the fact of the matter is, it’s only the grace of Almighty God that’s allowed anybody to be saved, that is to be brought back into the fold, and to have the Divine Providence and smile of God upon them.
Because the Word has been betrayed for centuries, and now for the first time we’re getting back to it. And as we get back to it, remember there is a judgment. And the wheat is gathered into the garner and the chaff is burnt up with fire that is unquenchable.
Now, we’re pretty slow here, but it’s all right. Last week we looked at page 10, and we were down there to about page… paragraph number 53.
We found out where AIDS came from and why it came; why there’s two distinct descriptions in the Bible and one is in Romans that’s Romans 1: and one is in 2 Timothy the 2nd chapter.
And we showed you that they are literally parallel. They’re different because they’re dealing with two complete scenarios that are two growing up in together. Just like Brother Branham said, there’s three kinds of believers.
There’s… the true believer, the make-believer, and the unbeliever. Well, all right. The make-believer and the unbeliever, he comes from one root and he’s really the same thing.
But… the unbeliever says, “Hah, nothing to it,” and walks off. But the make-believer sticks around long enough to cause everybody enough trouble that you wish you could get rid of him or something would happen.
Well, you’re looking at this same thing. You’re running… you’re running Romans 1, and you’re running 2 Timothy the 2nd chapter. And in there, there is idolatry.
And it’s the idolatry where they worship the creature more than the creator, or they turn around and they make their own little fetishes and things and you’ll see that this is exactly where AIDS came from.
And you’ll read… ‘The Spotlight’ and all these goofy, idiot papers, I get them myself to see what they’re thinking about next.
And they’re telling you… that scientists deliberately wanted to wipe out the black people and the homosexuals, so they made these diseases and they got them conveniently passed around.
Hogwash. The Bible says different. You want to believe ‘The Spotlight’, shows what you are. So what do you want to believe? Bible tells you.
You go to Africa right now, and you go to Bangkok and those places and pretty soon you’re going to find the lid pulled off in India and all of these places where they worship creation and they have idols, you watch and see what happens.
My Bible doesn’t fail! Maybe yours does, because you’ve got too much of ‘The Spotlight’. There’s only One Spotlight worth a plug nickel there it is. There’s the real Spotlight. [Brother Vayle points to the picture of the Pillar of Fire.] That’s where you get the real truth and all.
So, all right. We found here, exactly the truth of the present hour of how AIDS is very virulent in one particular section, then begins to invade the other section, and you have this at the end time which has a double curse.
The number one curse is upon the idolater.
I was not there when Brother Branham was supposed to have said it, but they tell me, when he was in India and he saw all the people begging and his heart was broken for them but he says you can’t do a thing for them.
“You do for one, [he said,] you’ve got to be a trillionaire to try to help everybody.” But he said, “See, that is the curse of God upon the heathen.”
Now, people can say what they want but remember India had the gospel hardly before anybody else did, and they got the St. Thomas church that was founded in the first century in India and it is still there. And of course, it is deader than a doornail. There’s nothing to it.
So, we learned a little bit about that, and we learned at the same time we have this filthy, sexual communication amongst us, and we have a people that are very, very low.
So animalistic that the Bible said, “At the end time they’re brute… natural brute beast made to be taken and destroyed.” Now, you can’t change that. And there’s no use you’re trying to change it.
And there’s nothing anybody can do anything about it, because the strain is there now and it’s virulent and taking over the earth.
And yet at the same time, where you have this one side that is so completely animalistic and violent, you have this other side that is also animalistic because they’re animals.
The seed’s run out. So if the Godly seed is run out, what do you got? Animal. So that’s all you’ve got.
But remember, there’s one group that’s refined and the other’s highly unrefined. So you’ve got the doctors of divinity on one side, and you’ve got the whatever you want to call them on… you’ve got the garbage collector on one side and he’s dealing with garbage and sewage and up to his eyeballs.
And the other fella, he’s dealing with another type of garbage and sewage and it has to do with verbiage, it’s word. And manners and philosophies and he’s in there.
And you’ll notice… they’re both homosexuals. And it’s going to get worse, and worse, and worse, and worse, and worse. See?
Now, paragraph 53, look what it did. And now, he’s talking about this seed of discrepancy, this mishandling of the Word of God, injecting into it, trying to interpret it by looking at it instead of getting the definitive revelation where God interprets His Word through manifestation.
[53] Now, Look what it did. That same discrepancy brought God’s wrath upon the days of Noah, when God sent His prophet out and preached as a flaming fire, called repentance to the people, and the discrepancy drowned… out.
Now, that’s not really true. The discrepancy would have only drowned out under one condition: and that is that Noah, privy to the true revelation, being a truly genetic son of God, would have by his revelation displaced anything whatsoever that lay in the other seven.
I think what Brother Branham is trying to tell you here is: That God dealt with this seed, and he drowned them out in the sense of the vast majority.
But Brother Branham himself said, “The serpent seed came over on the ark through the women.” There again that’s a statement hard to understand. I just let it sit.
I just… from what I look at Scripture, I can… we’ll talk about it. I can hardly concede that Cain… I beg your pardon, Ham, was a true human being.
He couldn’t have been because Noah was the last one. Anyway, regardless, Brother Branham is showing us that God came to the place where He had to deal with this, and He did deal with it.
But He did not deal with it in its complete finality because notice what he says.
[53] Then what did Satan do? Came right behind, in Ham, and started sowing it again. That’s exactly right.
Now, Ham is the forebear of Nimrod. See? And the Canaanites. And if you go to the Book of Genesis here we’ll talk about some pretty filthy stuff. But it’s in the Bible, so we will talk about it.
And I suppose it might be around the 9th chapter. I don’t know. Somewhere in there. And it says here in the 19th verse of 9:
(19) And these are the three sons of Noah: and of them the whole earth overspread.
So therefore, it tells you that as Eve was the mother of all living and she was and Adam was not the father of all living and he wasn’t that these three are the fathers of all living and they’re divided categorically into three complete races: Ham, Shem, and Japheth.
The Japhetites are more of the Gentiles. The Semites, or Shem are of Israel, Arabic, and so on. And Ham, of course, takes in the others of which people believe to be the black race.
But there’s absolutely no proof of that and there’s no Scripture where Brother Branham said, “The black race came genetically, because of the soil and the climates, the temperature and what was necessary so they could be able to withstand the arid… the climate and so on where they lived.”
So we don’t talk like those people who try pin something on Ham and all this talk. Now, you can get that by… well, just don’t do it.
And verse 20,
(20) Noah began to be a husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
(21) And drank of the wine, and was drunk; and he was uncovered within his tent.
(22) And Ham, the father of Canaan, [Now remember, “Destroy utterly the Canaanites; push them out of the land.” Now, these are the ones who come down in the likeness of their father. Now let’s learn about their father.] And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
(23) And Shem and Japheth took a garment, laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness.
(24) And Noah awoke from his wine, and he knew what his younger son had done unto him. [Which was a homosexual act.]
(25) And he said, Cursed be Canaan; [Now watch what he said.] a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
(26) …he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
Now, a lot of meaning is put upon this, but Brother Branham to my knowledge never did touch it. If he touched it with privately with somebody, I never heard of it. He certainly didn’t talk to me about it.
And there’s nothing in about 1,100 sermons where he brought this out. But, the fact of the matter is, that we are looking at Ham, who is a homosexual. And we are looking at Canaan and Canaanites, who are homosexual.
And now we are looking at Nimrod, who entered into idolatry, a mighty hunter before the Lord, and so on. Now, he is the one who created Babylon, of which we have a modern day Babylon in Rome.
And they have what they call a celibate priesthood, which we know to be full of homosexuality, to the extent it is overflowed where they no longer desire the grown-up priest I guess they’ve got them all worn out, and so what they’ve done, is to go to young boys.
And the land is full of young men whose lives have been destroyed by these priests. So now we have a homosexual religion. And you can say what you want; the same thing is spread into the Protestants.
In other words, it is spread from idolatry, which Roman Catholicism is idolatry. You can say what you want. So they have to be full of homosexuals and they’ll have to be full of AIDS.
And this of course then will spread to the others, because it’s all one great big mess; it’s all of one fabric.
So now we have those have entered into idolatry and the Word of God literally means nothing to them, though they may talk about it.
And you have the others who are those who study the Word of God and come to a popular consensus by their synods and by their congregating together and by their discussions, and they have no more fellowship with God than nothing because they have the doctrines of men or their traditions of men for doctrine instead of the true teaching of Almighty God. So, we’ve come this far.
[53] …Come right behind, in Ham, and started sowing it again. That’s exactly right.
And you see where it’s ended up at: the Roman Catholic church, full of idolatry. They’ve got little statues. Peter, they kiss Peter’s toe and it’s worn off.
I guess they’ve had to put so many… new toes on there, by people licking it and kissing it.
You talk about a bunch of dumb bunnies, merciful God. The Indians have got more brains by going, touching a living cow’s rear end than they did kissing St. Peter’s toe.
Because at least the Indians will admit to you the cow, though they claim not sacred, is sacred, because, let’s face it: cow gives milk, which gives cheese, which gives yogurt, which gives all kinds of good things.
And then it gives big cow patties, which if you dry out makes good fire, and it’s a pretty… that’s better than St. Peter’s toe any day.
I don’t know about you guys; we lived on the prairies, we ran out of fuel sometimes, I’d go out and gather cow chips and we’d pile them up hoping there would be no rain to put them back into fertilizer.
And if you were careful, you’d miss the soup pot, you threw them in the stove. And it didn’t smell exactly too good, but that’s better than St. Peter’s toe.
So, I’m not an idolater. I’m just pragmatic and I use the cow, rightly use the cow. Of course, I’m allergic to milk products, so… and who needs it. So he said,
[53] …That’s exactly right.
Now.
[54] Along came Moses, the great prophet, to bring the children of Israel up out of the wilderness. [See? Now, What happened?] Moses, the great prophet of God, bringing… them the absolute Truth, vindicated Truth.
Now, Brother Branham is referring here, of course, to the great prophet Moses, who was vindicated, and of course, he’s talking about himself. And always you know, that God vindicates Himself to the prophet.
Then He vindicates the prophet to the people, then He brings the vindicated Word. Now, that’s the divine set order.
And if you haven’t learned it by now, I don’t know what I’ve been doing here over ten years trying to teach you; you sure have been wasting your time; because this is the rule of God.
God must vindicate Himself to somebody. That somebody is the chosen vessel called the prophet. Then the prophet’s vindicated to the people through “THUS SAITH THE LORD.”
Then the Word of God which comes forth is “THUS SAITH THE LORD,” which is the Word of God which judges, and woe unto that man that tries to worship God.
I don’t care what the conditions are, I don’t care who he thinks he is, and I don’t care who he is, to attempt to worship and serve God apart from a prophet is blasphemy.
And you go to hell. And you’ll get burnt and you’ll be annihilated.
Now:
[54] …He met God. [Now,] God proved that he had met Him. [Now, see. He met God, and Moses knew it was God. Now,] He proves to the people that Moses has met [God]. And how those people back there, those priests and they had their religions and their rituals, their rites and everything, but Moses stood as a vindication of the interpretation of the Word.
So, Moses came along and he says, “A get-gat-gittle and a git-ga-zay, is a bunch of olives,” that’s what it is! That’s what it is. If he says, “Green is purple,” that’s what it is.
Moses is the literal interpretation of the Word of Almighty God. In other words, you don’t have any correct understanding of what God really meant and intended unless that person tells you.
But if you don’t have the seed in there to receive it, still doesn’t do you any good. Moses stood as the vindication of the interpretation of the Word of God. “THUS SAITH THE LORD.”
William Branham’s in Africa; they said daddy… I don’t know if you remember on a tape, but he turned on Brother Bosworth, and he… Brother Branham’s a very gentle person, but believe me, he slapped Brother Bosworth down.
For Brother Bosworth being led astray. Brother Branham said, “There’s no use going to the [Inaudible]”
“Oh,” said Brother Bosworth, “Everybody, Brother Branham, you don’t understand. When they see this great gift, they’ll fall like tenpins. Hallelujah.
When they see this marvelous manifestation, yes sir-ee, you watch, there’ll be a revival. God will sweep Africa from stem to stern and stern to stem, and hallelujah.”
And Brother Branham said, “No! I am not to go, and if we go against the will of God, there will be nothing done.” And he said, “Let me prove to you that I am not to go.” He said, “Tomorrow morning the chauffeur will be another chauffeur and another car.
Secondly,” he said, “there will be a strange- looking bird fly across the town, and Brother Baxter will comment on the strangeness of that strange bird.” And he said, “Thirdly, a white man, dress in a white suit, will be beating a black man.”
Every single thing came to pass, and they said, “Oh, we must go, and we must win the world for Jesus, hallelujah.” You talk about a bunch of wall-eyed, spiritual nincompoops.
What more do you want for a nickel? What do you want from God? You know what they want from God? Let me tell you; the thing the world hates today is sovereignty!
They want to take away from God His Godheadedness, His sovereignty. The very same thing Satan said, “I’ll ascend above the Most High; I’m going to take over.” And who got fooled?
The first church, the prostitute Eve got fooled. Antichrist said he’s going to take over. Ain’t taking over nothing. I’m going to watch him get vaporized. Don’t see why I shouldn’t; that’s my privilege, I think, I’m not sure. Maybe I won’t care by then.
Tells you right here that Moses stood as vindication of the interpretation. Stood right there as the interpretation.
“Well, you know Brother Branham was a great prophet, yes, and he could discern and he could tell you what’s wrong with you. But when he taught that Word… oh, listen. Don’t you listen to him, because he’s off the Word.” Well, what do these knuckle-heads got to show me that they’re on the Word?
When you can take a Christian that’s, you may say, fired-up with love, passion, compassion, try to take the Gospel to certain people in India Hindus and they come back like dogs with their tails between their legs, because we can’t begin to produce the love and compassion, kindness they produce.
Now, this is the seed of discrepancy. Let’s go a little further.
[54] …Don’t forget that!
Hey, I like that. Don’t forget Moses stood as the vindication of the interpretation of God’s Word; he had “THUS SAITH THE LORD.” He had met with God; God met with him.
God vindicated him; God vindicated His Word. Shut up and sit down. Believe it. Receive it. Don’t forget that! And he repeats,
[54] …Moses was God’s interpretation of His promise.
What was the promise? In four hundred years, four generations, I’m going to bring them forth with a high hand. Oh, how’s it going to be done? Oh my, I bet they had a lot of ideas, and they were all wrong.
Had a little baby that they put in a little old ark and put him in the River Nile. And Miriam came by and adopted him. Not Miriam… Miriam put him down there in a… Pharaoh’s daughter, she adopted him.
He became a great man. And he went back and identified himself with Israel. Went to the desert. Came back and defied all of Egypt. Saw God destroy the Egyptians.
“Moses was God’s interpretation of His promise” to deliver Israel; that’s what it was all about, bring them out with a high hand, increased in goods and substance after having toiled and been seriously run down and downtrodden.
Now listen. Brother Branham said, “God said he would do it, fulfill His promise.” He was God’s interpretation. Now, we’re going to get out of here because God descends with a Shout, the Voice, the Archangel, the Trump of God.
But is not said that the voice is the voice of God, it’s somebody else. So how are you going to get out of here without William Branham? William Branham is God interpretation. Oh my, we like that but nobody else does.
They think we’re cuckoo. “So the trouble with you guys is you’re not Trinitarians.” Certainly I’m not a Trinitarian! Why should I be a Trinitarian? Idiots that believe one boy had two fathers.
Hah! I should believe such nonsense. I should believe the moon is made out of green cheese. I don’t like green cheese anyway, so that takes care of that.
Let’s keep reading.
[55] What happened? The church just got started out of Egypt, on its feet a few days, and what happened? [I’ll tell you what happened.] Satan came along with his discrepancy in the person in the person of the second Cain,
Now what about Cain? He knew better, but deliberately didn’t do better. And he had one thing in mind, that’s to destroy the revelation by destroying the one that had the revelation. Now, if we didn’t know that… what is energy?
MC squared or something, whatever it was. Yeah, you guys let me down every time. You’re as bad as I am, get these mental blocks anyway. Now, what if Einstein had have died before the formula had been produced?
There went the formula! So, Kill Abel. There goes the revelation. Get in here and do something with these people, lead them astray. There goes the revelation. There goes the Word of God.
And God can’t stand behind anything but His own Word. So there goes everything. If you don’t think that’s true, how come the first two chapters of Genesis don’t mean a hill of beans?
Just means trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble. Where was it ever fulfilled? When’s it going to be fulfilled? Well, that’s right around the corner.
[55] The church just got started out of Egypt, few days on its feet, and what happened? Satan came along with his discrepancy in the person, the second Cain, which was Balaam, and he sowed discrepancy amongst them. We know that’s right.
Why sure, we know that. Now watch. That Balaam, the teaching of Balaam, that “we’re all the same, we serve the same God you do,” fundamentally, he was right.
Now, notice the trickery. “Hey, there’s no common ground over here. Let’s just put aside what you believe, Brother Vayle, about the Presence.” He’ll agree that Brother Branham was Malachi 4.
“Oh sure, I believe Brother Branham’s Malachi 4; I believe it even more than you do.”
“Well now, you believe that he was vindicated?”
No man preaches it like I do, and I can prove it hundreds of tapes. How many times have I said it today? Sure, he’s vindicated. Why do you think I believe him? Why do you think I have no emotions and no feelings?
“Oh, I’m on my way to Heaven, shouting ‘Glory, glory, glory’, and I’m on my way to Heaven, hallelujah, praise His Name.” No. I’ve got no feeling at all; I’m going there though. I’ve got no problem.
I’m not sniffling; I’m not crying. I’m not jumping; I’m not shouting. I don’t have a say in it. Emotionally, I’m dead. What does that got to do with it? What’s my emotions got to do with it? Cain had a lot of emotions. Went out on a killing binge.
See? What’s it got to do with it? But I am on my way to Heaven. No problem. I hope to see Brother Branham shortly. You say, “Why don’t you see Jesus?”
I’m not supposed to. Word came back and said, “You don’t get to see him till later.” So, I’m happy to see Brother Branham and all the ones up there. And it’d just be great.
Now he said,
[55] “We’re all the same, we serve the same God as you do,” fundamentally, he was right.
Now, fundamental means it’s a part of it. Now these guys got a part of it. Just like Cain. “Thou hast offered right, but if thou hast mis-divided, hast thou not sinned?” So, they say, “Hey man, you come worship.”
Now see, there’s no use talking to guys like you and me because they say, “Oh, we believe in the great Trinity.”
Hogwash, I believe in the great Trinity! Baah! I’m not an idolater; I believe in the great Almighty Jehovah Elohim, who has a Son, the beginning of His generation, and He placed it all in Him. And He placed it all in us, through Adam.
“Well, I don’t think I can take that, where Adam had the Holy Ghost, a soul from God to pass on down.” Oh, you’re just too nice for me, you lying, stinking hypocrite.
See, they don’t believe the truth. They don’t believe the truth; they don’t want the truth. But they say, “Come on together; we’re all brethren.”
Catholic church says, “Oh, we’re all Trinitarians. You’re baptized in the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. That’s our doctrine. You’re Catholics. Amen, hallelujah.
Hey, we got no fight.” The fight will be over when their stomachs are grating against their backbones in hunger. And the Jews’ paper ain’t worth a faddily.
But the Roman gold is very nice. Worth all the oil in the worlds; worth all the wheat in the worlds; worth all the cabbage rolls.
All the good tortes, cheesecakes, homes, lands; going to have it all. And it’s all wrong because it belongs to Jesus. “Fundamentally,” see? They can meet us on a certain ground the same as Balaam.
Now, listen. We know that’s right.
[55] …fundamentally, he was right, because he offered a sacrifice that God offered; or God ordained; seven rams, seven bullocks, seven altars, and prayed to the same God…
They didn’t believe in half a dozen different gods. And when he approached God and came back with a prophecy that’s still ongoing today, that was God, Jehovah Elohim.
Wasn’t some kind of a carbon copy or a false god; it was God. God sent him back down to the camp. Oh yeah.
Now you understand why we’ve got these anointed ones today that can prophesy so nicely, they can discern. Ah, discern. Phttt!
They can’t discern for nothing, that bunch of liars. But they can pray for the sick and raise the dead, heal the multitudes.
I wouldn’t be surprised maybe some of them might even try to multiply the loaves and the fishes, you know.
I think some likely tried it already. I wouldn’t put anything past that bunch. You know why? Because they’re deceivers; they’re liars and hypocrites.
What do we have to do with that hogwash? We’ve got vindicated prophet. Merciful heavens, why get lined up with that other junk there?
[55] …and prayed to the same God just as perfect as Moses did down in the wilderness, just exactly the same But they were not the same!
One was the seed of discrepancy; one was the seed of God. Although, there was a mixed multitude with Moses, let’s just please understand that, but in there was a seed that would not bend or bow, it stayed with the Word of God. They were not the same.
[55] …Foreshadowing to us what would come to pass. There was, again, Cain…
It’s a child of God now… a child of hell, remember, child of Satan. Now, the Bible says, “He’s a child of Satan, he belongs to the devil,” an actual child of Satan.
[55] …manifested in the person of Balaam. And there was God manifested in the person of Moses,
Now, Brother Branham categorically said, “I know who my Judas is.” So therefore, there was a manifestation of Satan, in whatever Brother Branham designated as to be his Judas and at the same time there had to be God manifested in William Branham.
That’s a very astounding statement. How could God, Who is so holy and so righteous and so un-blamable and so perfect, Who is so far from sin and sinners, who cannot tolerate anything but that which is the purity of Himself, how could He be in a human being?
And the answer is: the power of the Blood! Then how marvelous must be the scattering power of the Blood till there be no evidence of sin? Then how could you make a man a sinner?
[55] …And there was God manifested in the person of Moses, interpreting His Words through a human being, [God doing that. God] making Himself known, God’s promises, through a human being. And the discrepancy raised up!
The discrepancy, my brother, my sister and get this flat is Word, Word, Word, Word, Word. It is not deed, deed, deed, deed. Because Word and faith are synonymous. And deeds are nothing but attributes or manifestations.
So therefore, the illegitimate word comes against the legitimate Word. I’m so glad that I’ve got a little tie-post inside of me that said, “If there’s any man you ever listen to, that’s the man you’ll listen to.”
And when he preached, “The Shout is the Message,” and I said, Brother Branham, “You said a lot of strange things; this is the strangest. I don’t think I can take it.”
And I heard my tie-post say, “When was he ever wrong.” And I said, “Shout is the Message. Hallelujah.”
And the Shout is the Message! And it wasn’t what I thought it was. It’s God Himself putting His Church in order, hallelujah.
With a true prophet to bring us the revealed Word of God, to bring us back. With a true five-fold ministry, though there’s a bunch out there that… who knows.
And the Word comes and says… let me read it again that you might understand the depth of the revelation.
[55] What happened? The church just got started out of Egypt, on its feet a few days, and what happened? [Poor little lamb, staggering around.] Satan came right along with his discrepancy in the person of the second Cain, which was Balaam…
And what did Balaam do? He brought a prophecy. And he brought a word. And he said, “Tut-tut. Why hey, we’re blood relations! We believe the same God. Notice my altar.” Sure.
Came right in there to bamboozle them, word, word, word. Satan came, word, word, word. Eve came back, word, word. Huh? Now did you learn something this morning? I can let you go home now.
For the first time, you really know discrepancy is: Word! It’s not David committing adultery. It’s not David lusting after a man’s wife, committing adultery, getting her pregnant, killing her husband, marrying the woman.
Not that at all. David was a hundred percent on the Word of God in his heart. He knew it was a hundred percent right, and he knew he was a hundred percent wrong in not obeying It.
He was not a child of disobedience; he was a disobedient child. Don’t try to take from David for fifteen seconds. Don’t try to make any excuses.
Don’t try to do anything but leave him right where God leaves him, prophet-king. Ha, which one of us is prophet-king?
Which one of us can say, “Well, I’m something.” Oh, we’re something all right. I wouldn’t want to step in it, though. Wouldn’t want to step in it, no.
[Now,]
[55] …He sowed discrepancy among them. [Word!] We know that’s right. That Balaam, the teaching [the teaching, the words] of Balaam, that “we’re all the same, serve the same God as you do,” fundamentally, Hey, we’ve got a common ground to get together on.
These other things we’ll set aside. How many of you people setting here this morning are that gullible? I can’t read your hearts.
Fundamentally, he was right, offered a sacrifice that God ordained; [I use that word instead of ‘God offered’, but it’s true, see.] seven rams, seven bullocks, and seven altars, and prayed to the same God just as perfect as Moses did in the wilderness, just exactly the same. But they were not the same!
Na, they weren’t the same at all. Everything they did was the same, you know, on the surface. See, we’re not dealing now with vindicated word coming forth. We’re dealing on the grounds of a word that’s already come forth and has been practiced.
It says, “Now, don’t get excited over this message of William Branham. Always been excitement over these messages, you know. They lead you astray.” Yeah, yeah. Oh, what joy when we look down and we see all the corruption we’ve missed, because of the grace of God restoring His Word.
[55] …They weren’t the same! Foreshadowing to us what would come to pass. There was, again, Cain manifested in the person of Balaam.
Who’s Cain? The result of a discrepancy. Bringing an act which brings forth a human being. That human being, being that discrepancy. Yeah. There he is in Balaam.
You look at Balaam, and you look at Moses, and you say, “Hey, I just can’t tell the difference. One’s just to me like the other one.”
[55] …And there was God manifested in the person of Moses, [Serpent seed God seed. God sowing Satan sowing.] manifested in the person of Moses, interpreting His Words through a human being, making Himself known, and His promises, through [these Words that are thoroughly vindicated, God led forth by expression.]
You can’t lead Him forth by miracles and things. That’s already taken place. What greater miracle than creation? That’s already proven.
You know, that’s already proven. I can have a million creations. I can have a million manifestations and raising from the dead.
And I ask one question: Who is this God; what is He like exactly? “Well, Brother Vayle, isn’t it evident that by creation you know exactly Who and what He is and by what He does here?”
Oh, no, no. I don’t. I do not know, because the same placid and beautiful Sea of Galilee, that gave the fisherman their food, next morning capsized forty boats and a hundred people died!
I don’t know what kind of a God He is. I’m all mixed up. Gives this bunch food, kills the other ones off. I’ve got to have Word.
I’ve got to know Word. I’ve got to have Him led forth declared. Like Brother Branham said, “My… ministry is to declare that He is here. To take every Word, every sermon, to show you and to point to you: There’s the Pillar of Fire; He’s over the congregation now. Don’t you understand? There’s not three gods. There’s one God.”
And he lays it all out.
Now you tell me: Could he make it any clearer? Are we lacking anything? Is there anything we have need of? Or are we still bumbling around? I never heard of a sheep being a bumbler. No, never have. No, no, no, no.
[55] …making Himself known, His promise, through a human being,
Declaring these things, explaining what has transpired and what is transpiring. See? Through a human being, through William Branham.
Oh, they don’t like that. But they’ll sure tell you how they’re full of the Holy Ghost, bless God. And God used them, bless God.
I get so sick of these little tiddley-wink guys. Oh, how I’d love to see them all in one place and the Pillar of Fire appear and watch them try to get under the tile.
Of course, I’d be there ahead of them. No, I was in the room with the Pillar of Fire. But it’s not yours; you’re just going to stand by as a non-looker.
But if He comes in judgment, you’re in trouble. But if He comes with blessing, how blessed you surely are. Oh, yeah Cain… How much time we got? thirty, oh…
Let’s go over here to 2 Thessalonians. We’ve been there so many times, but it’s all right. We like that Book. And in 2 Thessalonians at 1st chapter, 7th verse says,
(07) And to you who are troubled rest with us, [Relax] when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
That’s the only time you’re going to relax. You know why? Because He brings healing in His wings. He brings relaxation. The battle of the brain is over.
You don’t have to run and read this book, and that book, and the other book. Jehovah Witness, Mormons, the whole bunch of them; bunch of liars repudiate Brother Branham.
Do you know, right in the book of Mormon a prophecy and of this book is available, that said when William Branham comes through the land, it’s all over.
William Branham came through the land. Where are the Mormons? Jehovah Witness, they came awful close to understanding Godhead. They made Jesus a creation, and the agent of creation.
Hah! Hogwash! God was in Christ, creating. Jesus never created anything. Never had an original thought. That’s where he had it over you and me, see. “I don’t think anything… ”
“Well, He said, I don’t say anything but what He says.” So there, you’ve got to think before you say. I might have gone a little bit too far in saying, ‘never had an original thought’.
In fact, I don’t see any reason why He would want an original thought. Ho boy, if I could just have God’s thoughts. Man alive, original, what… who wants what you think is original.
Phooey. Eve thought she had an original thought too. Satan said, “I got original thought.” He didn’t; he had a lie. Because he had a lie [Inaudible] original thought a lie? Nah. A lie’s a lie. Oh, yeah.
He says here,
(07) [You] rest with us, when the Lord shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
(08) In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Say, “Well, why haven’t we been taken away?” Because the tares get bundled. When the bundling is all over, then we get taken away.
(08) …obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Huh. What is the Gospel? Why, Paul said they changed the Gospel in the first century and nobody had it right from that time on. How are you going to obey what you haven’t got right?
What if the cartographer turned out a map and he gave you wrong direction? Now, I can tell you one thing: I have trouble reading right directions. Boy, what a job I’d have when I got on the wrong direction. See?
(09) Who [should] be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; [Malachi 4, see.]
(10) When he shall have come to be glorified in his saints, and be admired in them that believe [because our testimony among you was believed] in that day.
What’s Paul’s testimony? It’s certainly not the tripe that people preach today, because Paul said it’s changed. He said, “You’ve got another Jesus; you’ve got another Gospel; you’ve got another Holy Spirit.”
He said, “Hey, man, you talk about a mess.” That’s what we’ve got today.
(11) Wherefore also we pray for you [always,] that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:
(12) That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified…
Why did Paul say that? Because Paul didn’t know who was born again. “Foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, the Lord knoweth them which are His.” God could give him a revelation.
I know one or a few people here and there and say, “Well, that one certainly…” Like Timothy; he knew Timothy absolutely was a child of God. He didn’t say something about somebody else. So anyway, here we find this.
Now, also in the 2nd chapter of 2 Thessalonians it tells you about the son of perdition, and since there’s twins, there’s the Son of man. And so we have the ministries at the end time.
And the end time ministries are so close, even in those that are very perverse, whose lives are a disgrace, those same people can speak in tongues, interpret, pray… cast out devils, pray for the sick, and see wonderful miracles.
And you stand back and you say, “Man alive, really this… this is really confusing.” It’s not confusing at all. Just believe the prophet.
There is only one evidence, and that is: Do you believe the Word for this hour? Are you constantly changing your mind? Have you come to the place now, when Godhead’s mentioned, you have no trouble at all?
You know God… there’s God, there’s His Son, and now here we are down. When it talks about great tribulation under the sixth seal, do you know surely you’re going to miss it?
When it talks about the Lord descending with a Shout, the Voice, the Archangel, then meeting Him in the air, do you know who he’s talking about?
Do you know it’s Elohim Himself come down to put the church in order, bring it under subjection under the feet of Jesus, so when we meet him in the air, it will be Jesus we meet and God will incarnate Himself for the great Wedding Supper?
Do you understand the doctrine? Are you constantly putting on the wedding garment by thinking these thoughts and saying these things? Because if you aren’t, you’re something radically wrong; there’s something radically missing.
Cain is soon going to be on the scene again in the Vatican. I don’t know if it’s going to be Cardinal Law or who it is. I have no interest. If I’m here I have no interest. And if I’m out of here, certainly there wouldn’t be any interest whatsoever.
Now, what Brother Branham is bringing here to the people, and they don’t understand, is the vindication he has, through which the Word of God comes, which is the great separator, which lets you know whether you are one of them or not.
That’s it. They miss it. God, as Brother Branham said, promised to appear again in human form. As Brother Branham said, “God is obligated to do for the Gentiles, in the form of the Holy Spirit, what He did for the Jews when He was here in human flesh.”
And I thought, “Brother Branham, where in the world did you possibly find that?” And it’s in Matthew 4 and in Matthew 12, just laid out there clear as clear can be.
Taken from Isaiah 42, which is certainly not Isaiah 62. Oh, we’ve got some nice things in Isaiah 42. We just won’t have time this morning to go to it.
[56] So did it do in the time of Judas, there he come with his discrepancy.
Now, Judas was a real Cain. “He just thought he believed,” as Brother Branham said. And he set the trap that Christ might be killed.
[57] And, remember, this sin that those people believed, that they “were all the same, we worship the same God, we should all belong to the same church, we should be the same people,”
Now listen. That is absolutely rampant. Now, people would say, “Brother Vayle, I am a Methodist; I will never be a Presbyterian.” Wonderful, I appreciate that, but you’ll change your mind.
“I’m Jehovah Witness. You’ll never get me to join that group.” Wait till your stomach starts talking out-loud. Anybody can talk. And they’re saying, “No, I will not become a part of ecumenism.”
Hah! They already are and don’t know it. They’re leaders of soul… the blind leaders of the blind; they’re all falling in the ditch. And Brother Branham said,
[57] …that sin was never forgiven Israel!
Now, there may be those who read the same Scripture Brother Branham reads, and which is historical, and they would disagree with him.
The point is: Who’s going to be right on Judgment Day: you or William Branham? See, it’s so easy to get tricked by the devil. “ now I don’t really see that I really see that… I just… now, Brother Branham, are you really sure?” Sure, he’s sure. No problem.
So, the doctrine of ecumenism and one-world-ism has been going on for a long, long time. It started politically. The same as Zionism started politically and now is become purely religion, religious in Israel.
Communism is an off-shoot of the original one-world-ism that was started by the Jew, Gillette, who made the Gillette razor.
And he said, “If we can have a post office that delivers mail anyplace in the world, we can set up the same system and deliver food and have one-world government, where everybody is a beneficiary.”
Ha-ha-ha. The human heart as it is, there’s no such thing as everybody being treated alike. It’s what one fellow said, “ We’re all born equal. The only trouble is, some are more equal than others.”
And that’s exactly the way it is with this. There can never be a system, for as one man said, “There can never anybody build a car without somebody going to drive the car.”
[58] They all perished, all but three of them, and they were the ones who held on and believed the promise. When the weakling said, “We cannot take the land, it’s too much for us,”
Now notice what Brother Branham is doing here, is showing you a continuity. That seed starts out and it gets there. Make no mistake about it. It can look like it’s a fraud.
But, I’m going to tell you, a sheep can do every dirty, rotten thing and more so than a goat. And God can take and save that sheep, or chastise and discipline to bring him into order.
And He’ll do it. Oh yes, He will lose none.
[58] [They] said, “We cannot take the land, it’s too much,” and so forth; and Caleb and Joshua said, “Shut up.” No, they stilled the people.
I said, “Shut up.” I’m like Brother Branham the day he said, “Woman, shut up and sit down.”
I said, “Bill, you never told anybody to shut up and sit down.”
“Oh, he said, I did too.”
I said, “This I’ve got to find out.” It was right. He did. You talk about a surprised guy. But I’m full of good humor. Yeah.
[58] They stilled the people, and said, “We’re more than able to take the land, because God promised It to us! I don’t care what the opposition is!”
What’s that got to do with promise of Almighty God? All right. Going to read you some Scripture, and we’re closed. Romans, the 4th chapter. Now this is not the church of Rome. And in,
(17) As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickens the dead, and calls those things which be not as though they were.
Gives Abraham back his life, makes him a young man. Already called him a father, when that was an impossibility.
(18) Who [when] hope [was gone, hoped on in faith, that he might become what God said he already was,] So shall thy seed be.
Why good heavens, the guy didn’t have any seed. He was a dry stick; he’s gone. Now:
(19) And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead,
He didn’t peruse it; he didn’t mull over it. He didn’t say, “Well, this should be in that shape. This should be here, or that should be there.” He said, “Forget it; it’s useless.
But God said something about me. And whether it’s got to do with my body or not, who gives a hoot and who gives a rip. I’m going to be a father of many nations.”
(19) …considered not his own body now dead, [That’s seminally speaking.] when he was about a hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb:
Boy, he had two strikes against him, didn’t he? He had a whole lot more than that against him!
(20) He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; [This is just so marvelous, I just can’t take it.]
(21) And being fully persuaded, that what he had promised, [Twenty-five years later, full persuasion came in.] he was able also to perform.
(22) Therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
Now let’s find out about Abraham. We’re going to go back to 42nd chapter of the Book of Isaiah. Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Songs of Solomon and Isaiah 42. Now listen as we read. Beginning in verse 19.
(19) Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the Lord’s servant?
(20) Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but thou hearest not.
(21) The Lord is well pleased for his righteousness’ sake; and he will magnify the law and make it honourable.
See Abraham, blind as a bat, deaf as a stone. Didn’t care two bits what came or went. Could look it right in the eye and say, “Who cares. I’m God’s servant.” Here we are at the end time, God’s servants.
Blind, deaf. When we talk, we talk according to Malachi 3. Our observations phooey! Who needs them! We’ve seen the vindication. What do you know about feelings? What do you care about what you see?
What do you care about what goes on? Open the door and I’m going up. You say, “Brother Vayle, you’re some kind of a sham and a fraud and you’ve got a bad mouth and a tongue, and you’re this.”
I admit to all of those things! I ain’t got no problem. That’s God’s problem with the Blood. He took care of that.
I tell you one thing: I want to be Isaiah 42, deaf, dumb, blind to everything but the Word of the Living God. And you can have the rest, because that’s what changed Abraham and Sarah and changed Job.
That’s what’s going to change you and me, according to Romans the 12th chapter. And it’s fully vindicated. That we are not the seed of discrepancy.
We don’t have any error in our bones; where the red blood cells are that carry the life. No. We’re the children of the Most-High God.
And we don’t even have to go and take the land; it’s already taken for us. Back in the days of Moses, you didn’t see God come down with flames of fire and chariots and angels and wipe them out. He said, “You go wipe them out.”
I just may come back on a camel with a chair on it, and just sit and watch God wipe them all out, and then I’ll get down and take over. I’m trying to get a point across to you, brother/sister.
This is not the same, yet it is the same. This is the mighty work of Almighty God, and we have seen it. And what He said stands fast. And somebody’s going in by the grace of God. I feel I’m going in.
I feel I’ll get a little ahead of time, but then, that’s up to Him. But as far as going is concerned, I don’t expect to go anyplace else.
Because it’s not by works of righteousness I have done, but according to His grace and mercy, He saved us. According to His sovereignty. According to what He wanted and who He wanted. And that’s the thing that counts.
So let’s rise and be dismissed.
Heavenly Father, again we are on our way to lunch and little business meetings and things that may count here and there.
But we have a Word that is so fabulous, so fantastic, so marvelous that if anybody should be screaming, we are and we’re screaming within, knowing the goodness and the power of our God.
Help us to let loose as we’ve never let loose before. Help us, O God, to be like Abraham, back there like Job. Lord, we’ve even got something greater than that because You said [Inaudible] when Job and Abraham take more than that.
More than Daniel. It took You; You Yourself Lord, came, and why should we be afraid? Why should we have any fears, any doubts?
Why should we observe? Why should we look? Why should we listen? Why should we see? We’ve already observed and seen and looked and heard.
And it is “THUS SAITH THE LORD,” and thus it is and shall be. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be all power, honor, and glory through Jesus Christ our blessed Lord. Amen.
‘Take the Name of Jesus with you.’
